Great store with super friendly staff! It wash first time at a running store and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was given personalized attention and Beth did an amazing job of analyzing my gait pattern and finding me the correct supportive shoe for my flat arches. I told her about my knee and ankle pain after running in nonsupportive shoes, and she was very thorough with her options that she chose for me. She never rushed or pressured me and made sure to answer any questions I had to make the best informed choice. Highly recommend them for their knowledge, excellent customer service, and beautifully maintained store!

This has been my go to store for running and walking shoes for several years now. It is a very pleasant store to visit and the staff is incredibly helpful and the shoe selection outstanding! Because I have some back issues they made sure to show me different models to make sure I had the best shoe. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff and store is!

I was recommended to go here from my podiatrist. I went in and gave the salesperson notes from the doctor. She was very knowledgeable and helped me out selecting the proper shoes. The foot pain is now greatly reduced wearing the correct supported shoes.

This is how you run a business! Beth treated me like I was the only customer they ever had. She spent 30 minutes with me answering all my questions about various different topics, from running fuel, to compression, to socks and running groups I could join. Very kind and helpful, exceptional job. The store is clean, easy to navigate and stocked with great product. 11/10 from me. Highly recommend.

Bryn Mawr Running Company in Media is my one-stop shop for all things running. Karen and her team excel at customer service and finding the right shoe for the right foot. In addition, they have a great selection of clothing (running-specific and casual) and gear. I've been going there for at least 15 years and won't be stopping any time soon. Great place.

I always feel special when trying on new shoes, and that is because they never rush you, they want you to be 100% satisfied. They get feedback by asking you what are you looking for, and they will have you try on many styles to make sure you are happy. Had a great experience today buying new running shoes. I have never had such an easy time buying shoes and I had my 4 month old attached to me in a baby carrier.
The staff was knowledgable and super friendly. I ran 7 miles, today, with my new shoes and it went great. I will definitely be back.

The people here are very helpful and know their stuff. I always get the feeling they stopped in to work a few hours between runs. Prices aren't cheap, but they only carry quality stuff, and you're not going to find it cheap anywhere, even online. Highly recommended if you need running gear for yourself or as a gift.

Great local running shop! Staff was friendly and enthusiastic, very helpful in finding the right shoes. Been a long-time runner and used to work in a similar shop in MA, had to change from my go-to shoe to a new one because Asics changed the shoe pretty drastically; the staff here was awesome. Took back the pair I initially bought, but found out were not great for me after a few runs, then let me take a few pairs around the block (literally) to get a feel for them. Awesome experience!
