We had a good experience food was good and so was the service. Price was crazy high, $36 for two cheese burgers two fountain drinks and one fri. Burger was good but not amazing for that price.

The staff does an amazing job here. They are super friendly and really efficient. The burgers are always on point as well.

Absolutely amazing. I walked in and was greatly immediately and noticed that it was very clean in the eating area and behind the counter! A gentleman named Savion was our order taker and I complimented him on the cleanliness and he was very humble. As we dined in, Savion left his post and cleaned as patrons left. The staff was friendly with each other as well as the guests. The food was hot fresh and delicious. My toddler enjoyed his food as well! Thank you kudos to the staff they worked very well together! Give Savion a raise!! 😊

We ordered from this location (Granite Run) this evening. I must say the food was great and done on time, I was mostly impressed with the staff. The gentleman who I can only assume was the manger, dressed in a black shirt while everyone else was in red, was very active and involved. He made it a point greet every customer as they walked in the door and put the rest of the staff in the proper position to make sure the customers were greeted by the rest of the at counter. He made sure that everyone working knew what was ordered and got them to start as soon as the order was in. The level of professionalism he showed is the reason I will definitely be back. I am not one to write reviews, good or bad, but I felt the way this young man handled himself and was genuinely happy and courteous to each customer deserved acknowledgment. Thank You and keep doing what you’re doing.

Well it's five guys so it's not fancy. I personally find the fries salty but there's tons of them... The burger is juicy and I think it was fine.
Sure... some people are picky and I understand their remarks but come on it's five guys...

Always a great experience!! Burgers are delicious. I love how all the extra condiments are free especially getting extra cheese and bacon. The fries are phenomenal and they give you plenty of them.

What a great place! We were happy when the Five Guys at Granite Run opened, as it gave us a new option for our lunches. This location is so clean, staff is friendly, and the food portions are generous. What a great addition to the Granite Run area. Ordering online is easy and convenient -- love that I have the option of getting a burger in a bowl and add whatever extras I want. It's also nice that our lunch group can all order and pay separately online and have one person pick up all of the orders. Great selection of shakes also. Excellent burgers. Happy to find a place that consistently works hard to give the customer great service and a great product.

Great burgers and fries. Burgers are only cooked well done, but still juicy. Toppings are mostly free. Peanuts in the shell for an appetizer. They even tell you the town and farm your fries are from. Prices have exploded! Not a very economical choice.

My husband and I went to Five Guys at Granite Run yesterday. I work in customer service so I am tough on service ratings. We did a takeout order. When we opened the order at home it was perfect. I was impressed by the people who work there, especially Sean. They were funny and helpful. He talked us into a Chocolate Peanut Butter shake. I am so glad he did! The food there is more expensive than the McDonalds close by but the quality and taste is definitely worth the price. I highly recommend a visit.

Burgers and fries have gotta be some of the best I’ve ever had. Only downside are the rather expensive prices and no combo option either on the menu. Staff was hard working and wait wasn’t bad either.

Five guys is always a good experience, in my opinion, and this visit was no different. The free peanuts are a nice touch, and something unique to this chain. I got a cheeseburger and a few toppings and it came out exactly as I wanted, in a timely fashion.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the burger I got here, the inside of the restaurant is almost disturbingly clean its something I'm not used to but it's greatly appreciated. You also see the food being made which is never a bad thing. I am looking forward to going here again.
