This Starbucks on Edgemont Ave had been just okay, but over the last year or so, the service had been GREAT! It's such a pleasure going into a place where people seem happy with what they're doing and are kind! Big difference! Thank you Starbucks!

Fast and accurate with your order. Easy to order via app or at the drive thru chaos. The team here seems very efficient and friendly.

After finding out I’m diabetic, I thought my coffee drinking days were over! I love mocha frappes and while this is no longer an option for me, I was shocked at how many places (such as a popular location that rhymes with lunkin’ lonuts) would simply ignore or misunderstand my request for a half serving of mocha with my iced coffee. I’ve found starbucks, specifically this location, is the most trustworthy coffee shop along my daily commute. Today, when I was ordering, my order was already known (whole milk, 2 stevia, 0.5 mocha, and whipped cream) and I realized I have become a regular. Thank you to the employees at this location for allowing me to once again enjoy my coffee without the worry of becoming hyperglycemic, you may not realize it, but the consistency is what has allowed me to once again have an enjoyable, stress free, low sugar coffee. It’s the little things :)

I've never had bad service or coffee or anything from this Starbucks. Everyone who works there has been beyond friendly and great at customer service. One of the women who works there was above and beyond kind to my younger daughter. The drinks are delicious. And really, I never see anyone who works there not working hard. I highly recommend this location!

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks. The baristas here are incredibly friendly and provide such a solid customer service experience. I order a custom drink (which can be tricky), and if it's ever off they have no problem fixing it for me or troubleshooting to figure out why it's different than expected. My kids love Ryan and Josh at the drive thru- they always say hi to them with a smile or a treat.

I was in line today and witnessed impeccable customer service from Valdez to a customer who absolutely did not deserve any kindness, but received nothing but kindness and patience from Valdez anyway. Hats off to you for being an amazing and kind person!! The world could definitely use more people like you 🩷 Starbucks is lucky to have you!

The drive-thru was packed so we went inside. It really is a nice location and everyone was very friendly. My only gripe ever with Starbucks is that the price for my White Mocha keeps going up.

Wide variety of beverages such as coffees, lattes, refreshers, and more. Love the seasonal flavors of coffees and lattes. Nice small goods such as breads, cake pops, and breakfast sandwiches. Nice and wide inside with plenty of seats for people to talk and work on computers and such. Staff is quick as well with getting orders done

I go here every weekend, and I love the service and the quality of my drinks. They're very consistent and the staff is always very friendly and polite. There is not 1 bad thing to say about this location.

Always my go to location now. Wish I knew who the night manager was when I visited. He gave me my drink for free. I just want to say thank you! You have no idea the kind of day I had and how much that little act of kindness meant to me.

This Starbucks is the only one that consistently gets my orders right. Sydney makes a great drink and provides amazing service!

The staff here are super friendly, my drinks are always on point and if not they will re-do at no cost to make sure I leave as a happy customer-I appreciate that! This is one of my favorite locations.

Matt is an extremely personable and friendly barista. He knew my name by the second time I came into the store. Dude is management material. The rest of the day crew is awesome. They work hard, are diligent, and foster a great atmosphere.

Ok, I’ve been to a lot of Starbuckses (?) and the people who work at this one are by far the kindest I’ve encountered. Truly a lovely way to start the day.

All the employees are soo nice and the baristas make my caramel macchiato exactly how I like it which is very rare. I’ve been inside few times and it was clean every time however did get crowded pretty quickly... some were there studying and others chilling. Recently, I’ve been doing drive thru and honestly this Starbucks is really great at it with its fast service (even though the line is usually long) and its charming staff at the drive thru windows.
