This is McDonald's on Chestnut St, Needham, MA. I was impressed with how clean this restaurant was. My fish fillet came in very quickly. Workers were constantly mopping the floors and cleaning the tables. Great experience.

I think McDonald's food is generally mid but the service I got was absolutely great and the folks working at this location were kind and professional. A+

I came here a few times fairly recently and wanted to share my thoughts. The service was excellent. The food was always tasty and superb. The line was not never too long and the establishment is very, very, very clean. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal each time that I came here. The burgers were excellent and cooked perfectly. The fries were plentiful and golden brown, delicious. I had a sprites to drink and they were delicious, too. Each time I came here through the drive through, the order taker was very friendly, courteous and helpful. When I came to the window to pick up my food, the persons there were also very, very friendly and courteous. It was nice to see that these fast food workers truly took a liking to their jobs and that they took the time to make sure that my experience at McDonald's was a most pleasant one. Thank you very much McDonald's in Needham for all the great service that you provide and for the appreciation that I am sure all of your customers have, including me, for the maximum effort you put forth in providing the best fast food experience for them.

The kiosk was having issues and so wasn’t the app. The guy who helped me looked at both and couldn’t figure It out at first but to the benefit of the customer gage the food worth the points as the app wasn’t working. Excellent customer service at this location.

Super friendly staff, clean, welcoming decor, food is fresh, hot and perfectly Mcd's standard. One goes to McDonald's because you know what to expect, but even the most experienced customers would say this one is a cut above. Say hi to the staff from me when you visit!

I've been to many McDonald's, I've eaten an uncountable number of quarterpounders, I've done drive through and dine in. I can say without a doubt this is the best McDonald's I've laid my eyes upon in this great nation. It begins when you walk in the door. You will be greeted by a friendly employee looking to help. Before you know it your meal will be in your hands. They work at the speed of a predator missile enclosing on an American enemy. Additionally it is a clean establishment. The food is made with the same high quality effort that makes everything spin round in this place. A pristine burger and fries will undoubtedly be presented to you. Dare I say they have the cleanest bathroom of any McDonald's in the metrowest? yes I dare. I wish I could give this place 11 stars. If anyone has had a negative experience at this McDonald's message me privately and we can work on a meal plan where your expenses at this location are free until I persuade you of its merits.

My son & I love this McDonald’s. The service is always great … polite & helpful. Food is decent no better or worse than any other McDonald’s but the service more thAn makes up for it

Nice staff, quick service. I like the large new drive-thru screens that show your order in detail. Food is what you expect. Good deals through the app, like 99¢ coffee (any size).

I do drive thru here and they are really good at getting you your food fast and hot. Friendly staff who take your order and give you your food. Store runs it's own deals sometimes with coffees or food. Does get busy when school gets out for the day but inside is all renovated so there plenty of seating. Has free WiFi, table service and has self ordering boards.

Great service, and the salads now have real greens in them, like kale, spinach and romaine, which is amazing. The grilled chicken in the SouthWest salad is flavorful and tender. The staff is so friendly here.

Go here with my Grandchildren. I think every kid loves McDonalds. Their prices are going up but they do have times when the SPECIALS beat the everyday prices. It also puts a HUGE SMILE ON MY GRANDCHILDRENS FACES AND WHEN THEY'RE HAPPY I'M HAPPY....THEIR HAPPY FACES BEING THERE IS WORTH EVERYTHING TO ME......
