Great place for many reasons. Supports many needy causes. Has thrift shop and food pantry. Also helps people learn English and lends out medical equipment like walkers, crutches and wheel chairs.

We love the community council everybody there do a great job they are a tremendous help to the community and helping out families they have a thrift shop next door never been but it's one of those things you should definitely go and take a look at

I’ve been a customer for 16 years, due to the post pandemic finance difficulties I reached out for emergency help. To which the director didn’t even replied to my email. I cc the coordinator which reply to email the director to which I did. I kept calling the office and a lady called me saying I should sign up in advance. They have a ridiculous new system where you have to sign up online and when you do is all filled up. Or days that I work. Before they used to have saturdays and evening hours for working families. I’m grateful and lucky that the Waltham Salvation Army food pantry helped me and my family. When the needham coordinator called me she is asked me if this was a real emergency like if I was lying. It has been a horrible experience

It's tiny! The pics make it look bigger than it is. There is not much of anything there. Totally save yourself the trip.
