Dunkin'

Friendly service. Predictable ice cream and donuts. Tried a drink, didn't like it and the young lady working there gave us a different drink at no charge. We were on a trip and happened to stop by here, so unfortunately won't be returning any time soon. If you live in the area, stop by and support your local business!

Service, food, and atmosphere are great. I'm glad DD does not promote cultural socialism, Marxism, and the alphabet community's proganda, unlike Starbucks

I come to this Dunkin' everyday for iced coffee and sometimes food as well. The workers are all very nice but Kylie continues to go above and beyond my expectations! She is so nice and always strikes a quick conversation with me! Give that girl a raise!

They always seem to do a good job here. No gripes.

On top of great coffee. Just saw the crew give an older man a free coffee and munchkins. He clearly did not have money and just needed to sit in the air for a bit but dunkin took care of him. Need kindness in a world like this. Good job dunkin.

Appreciated the clean restroom. Iced coffee didn’t taste weak like other DD. Overheard an employee asking another customer if everything was ok.

I did some work on my computer here. The staff is so friendly; they prepared my latte to perfection, and they have really clean restrooms!

They are the only Dunkin that doesn't mess up my order. Love the workers, so friendly and polite. Fast service.

During a 15min break I got an iced latte and bagel from here. I did the curbside pick up and it was fast service. It does get busy here.
The drink and bagel were delicious. They have the best drinks and food at this location. Trupti is always very friendly and nice. She is always working hard here and very nice.

It's great that they are finally open to sit inside. They changed their hours and close at 8. I really miss when they would stay open to 11, because it gave some of us a place to go, sit and have a coffee. Great coffee and the nighttime workers are extremely friendly, helpful and hard working. I hope the management realizes this.

I love this Dunkin'! Staff is friendly every single time i come here. Sometimes the line is long/slow moving, but it's a busy area and is expected at certain times of the day.
I usually order the stuffed bagel minis and they make them perfectly every time. Some other Dunkin's I've been to will make them but they'll still be cold on the inside. I like coming to this one because I don't have to worry about that.
I also usually order the same drink (Iced Mocha Latte) and it always tastes good and is pretty consistent with the flavor every time I visit.

I just moved to the area. This is the first and only Dunkin I've ever been to where the coffee burned my tongue. This is not a complaint. I am so happy this location serves hot coffee. I'm used to it being lukewarm at every location in NE Philly! Customer service is also 10/10. I don't go out of my way to review Dunkins, but this one deserved a little shout out.

Great workers. The Indian woman, and manager in the early Am, they are perfect. Everything so fresh and fast. They know my order when I come. Every time they even know my voice on the machine. Best dunkin

I go here very often for coffee, order it a certain way & they never disappoint!

The crew is fantastic - quick, efficient and nice. I go almost every morning for breakfast. The food is consistent and they rarely make a mistake - amazing for a drive through... I have since moved out of state and have visited probably 20 or more Dunkin stores. NO other Dunkin store is as good as this store. These guys are the best. Kudos to the Souderton Dunkin team!

Souderton PA location - Definitely 5 stars! I come here every day and never have issues. Great attitudes and customer service - something that most other stores sorely lack nowadays. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.

The morning rush hour is fast, efficient and really friendly.
The regular hours are good too. I'm just not in a hurry then, lol
