T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I wrote a previous review about a T-Mobile store I visited in collegeville where the service was pathetic. This store was a totally different experience. My tech was knowledgeable, engaging and quick, I really liked him and the service. I left with a new Pixel 8, which I love. Thanks to the staff at this store!

Showed up an hour before closing. Manager and tmobile specialist Dan were absolutely incredible. Beyond patient with me. Helped me upgrade our phones and were completely transparent with everything. Both stayed an extra hour after closing to make sure i was all set up before heading home.

Dan in Harleysville is the man!! I walked in looking to pay off the remaining balance of my current phone and upgrade. He proceeded to comb through my account and found a few unnecessary charges and even charges for a phone I no longer had(from the Sprint days). I was eligible for a tablet/watch promo and walked out with more devices than I walked in with and still 35 dollars less a month bill. Dan went out of his way to keep me happy. They talked to me like a human and not just some sale. I was impressed and pleased. If you go to that store, SEE DAN THE MAN!!

Nate was very helpful, he was able to help me activate my new watch. Great sense humor.
The next day I got a call from Alex checking to see if I had any concerns or questions about the watch. Overall great experience, I would highly recommend this store

I worked with Matthew at T mobile in Harleysville today. He is professional, pleasant, very knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of my questions and understood my needs so that I knew what to purchase. He was beyond helpful. So nice to have a store close by that provides service in a competent and easy way.

This afternoon we went to T-Mobile in Harleysville to inquire about a phone plan for our daughter. To say we were unhappy with xfinity mobile is a gross understatement. We called Verizon and were met with indifference. I wish we had saved our time and went with T-Mobile from the start. Stephanie greeted us on the phone with solid information and a pleasant demeanor. Finally after a harrowing few weeks and a giant runaround, Stephanie gave us promise.

There was no hesitation by the staff to assist us. Brett, The manager, went so out of his way to help resolve our issues, we were Astounded. Astounded. Astounded. Brett accomplished things that weren’t his responsibility, saving us so much added headache.

In addition to Stephanie and Brett, a third employee, Dylan, was present & incredibly gracious. He engaged us throughout the long wait for devices to upload and transfer, making the experience pleasant & fun!

We spent a little over 2 hours in the store. All 3 employees were genuine and informative. We cannot give enough accolades to this trio and to the amazing and money saving deals they made sure we could receive. If you want a reliable phone service with amazing customer service, go to T-Mobile, more specifically the Harleysville T-Mobile.

Daniel at T-mobile was very informative and exceeded my expectations and had my best interest at heart. I never felt more connected and supported by cell phone network.

I walked in to get new phones and add a line and was blown away with great customer service, knowledge about the different programs and they got all of our data transfered, questions asked, and made me feel like family. I have been a Verizon customer for the past 20+ years which has been costing me a fortune. So after seeing T-Mobile ads on TV and speaking to friends that have T-Mobile I went to the T-Mobile store in Harleysville and what a wonderful experience I had. Toure is absolutely the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and provided excellent customer service. He answered all of my questions, explained all of the different promotions available, and the best devices for me.Toure saved me a lot of money by offering the best packages available for me. This young man deserves a raise but seriously he is an asset to T-Mibile. After all was said and done I walked out of the store feeling excited about my decision to switch to T-Mobile. Thank you so much Toure!!!

I just called the store and got an answer right away. We purchased two phones there recently and were happy with the service, and the extra phone provided for one of our kids who had damaged his phone. For a large family like ours Tmobile fits the budget and the rep even remembered me from a previous purchase. I"m glad we came and they had what we needed. :)

We set up a family plan with 9 lines, added some unusual features, and ended up changing things up. Our initial set up with them (Stanley and Brett) went very well. They were patient and knowledgeable with our many questions and customized features. They bent over backwards to accommodate us. When our bill came, it was $162 higher than promised. Another trip to their location and Brett spent over an hour answering questions, going to bat for us with TMobile, and fixing things up for us, and getting us the necessary credits owed us. We are very happy with the customer service provided by the reps at the Harleysville store.

The service at this T-Mobile location was exceptionally great. Nate went above and beyond and made sure that my account fit me to a tee. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile location to all T-Mobile customers. I love it here!!!

Alex was awesome. Needed a 4th line and phone for my teenager. He walked me through all the options, taught me about partental controls and was so patient with a mom who needed everything explained slowly. WILL BE BACK when we need something new.

Dylan, Tanner & Heather worked so hard for my Warranty exchange. They should all get raises because even though my toddler ran around their store they still helped us out and apologized everytime IT or corporate left them on hold (even hung up on Dylan at one point! Not fair to your employees who work so hard to keep your customers happy). Thank you guys!!!
