I shop here a LOT! But, I just had an especially great experience with my last order. I had scheduled a delivery of a vanity top online and it was delivered to me damaged. I called the store immediately and they worked with me to not only replace it, but drive to my house and swap it out! (I truly appreciate not having to get that bulky vanity in my car to return it!). Thanks especially to Mike, the Specialty Manager, for taking his own time to swap this out for me. And thank you to the service desk who were kind enough to help me resolve my issue! You guys are the best!!

I ordered a hot water heater for store front pickup through the app. An hour later, I got a text and said it was ready. I went to the store and checked in on the app and barely had time to park when the associate was wheeling it to my truck! He and I tossed it in the bed and I was out. The tank was in my basement less than 45 minutes after I left the house to pick up. Stron service HD

I had to write a review because Emily from this location went above and beyond! She helped me try to find an item that I’m looking for. Turns out it was out of stock, but she stayed in contact with me and followed up on her word. Thank you for the great experience!!

So far the BEST Home Depot experience, The staff here are extremely courteous and polite. I really felt that my visit was appreciated. Not only staff went extra mile to help me but also at cashier they were super friendly. I hope Home Depot give extra bonus and wages to this location staff/management for delivering their best.

We needed a sink for the powder room and Lowes didn't have any styles I liked. I found everything I needed here at Home Depot and some very friendly employees who helped me to get it out of the store and into my car! I tend to like the selection at Home Depot the best and go out of my way to shop here since it's not as close as Lowe's. Overall this is a great store to shop at for all of your home improvement needs!

Ricardo was super efficient and professional at curbside pickup. He quickly found out why the item that was missing from my last order and came right out with the information as well as my new order. Since the last order item was delayed and I needed it today - he spent a few minutes helping me with options and then took care of cancelling the old item off before I even got home! Really great customer service, and I left happy even though the original order had been delayed!

If you like FREE stuff and running all over the place then you're in luck! This was my first time visiting Home Depot and it was pretty amazing! The building was a lot taller than I expected, and mostly organized, too. My mom really liked the furniture and we all enjoyed the carpet samples! I also had fun pretending that the model of a kitchen was mine, and I was hosting a dinner party. The outdoors area was very pretty and somewhat peaceful. I'm sure we'll return someday for those fancy shmancy blinds. But when we can afford them, of course...

I love going here but my pocket doesn't agree and neither does my girlfriend. I can get lost for hours in there and still want to go back to get more tools.

Excellent customwr service at this location. Mike Patton walked me through the assortment of small lawn tractors. Gave fair and knowledgeable advice on the two I was looking at as well as how the delivery service worked. Then, assisted me by researching back stock to find the one I needed that didnt show in stock. Was so impressed by his service that I actually opted to purchase a more expensive model. Antuan at checkout was incredibly nice and Amber made sure to ask me about my day. I returned for additional items and the woman at the self-checkout actually helped me with all of my packages and also wished me a nice day. Great experience! Thank you!

Good store with lots of stock and a helpful staff. Liz in paint was the best, really knew her products and shared her experience using them, as well as feedback she gets from other customers and contractors who buy those products. Highly recommend the store, and Liz deserves some extra praise here, hopefully management sees and gives her some personal acknowledgement

This review is for the paint section of the store, and in particular for a women who works there often named Liz. She is amazing and kind, and will go above and beyond to help you. She really knows the products they carry well, and can offer good feedback and help when needed. Liz genuinely seems to care for her costumers, especially if you return and make yourself a familiar face. She made painting less stressful, and I'm thankful my husband and I had the opportunity to work with her.

We shopped the Home Depot today. Don was so knowledgeable, helpful and courteous, he did everything he could to help us. We’re grateful for his patience and expertise.

Matt at the self-checkout devices is absolutely awesome! He was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. He was happy to help. He assisted us with billing out a count of 75 of the same items. Easy in and Easy out and the location had clean bathrooms.

I recently purchased walkway paving supplies from my Local Home Depot store in Hilltown. I have bad knees and the staff in the outside seasonal area did not hesitate to help me load and my cart and then load the purchases into my truck. They went way above what I expect from Home Depot. I was greatly impressed with the level of help they offered me. Thank You to the entire staff.

10 months ago I posted the above review. I have just returned from this same Home Depot, I went there to purchase more Paving supplies for another project. The Garden center was closed at 9:30 in the morning and I was told they did not know if it would open and I could only make my purchase at that time by carting all my stuff to the front registers. When I asked if they couldn't open the register to make it easier on me and the store the answer was no. How far the customer service has fallen in 10 months. It is a sad day for consumer when you have the money to purchase things and the stores won't make an effort to sell to you. The sad part is I will have to go back at a later date and deal with this Home Depot because they currently are the only ones that have what I need. Very disappointed right now.

I can’t believe that every time we have been in the Home Depot in Souderton, we have had the most wonderful experience! It’s so impressive! There are associates that come up to you and ask if you need help and THEN they actually help you! We walked in this evening not knowing if the products we needed even existed. A female associate stopped what she was doing to ask if we needed help. She was only putting stuff on the shelf. It wasn’t even her department. She went above and beyond. We got everything we hoped for and more. Thank you, Jamie, for being so awesome!

Cannot say enough great things about Andy in doors! He has tons of knowledge and experience that helped us to replace our old back patio door. He’s also just overflowing with kindness and enthusiasm. great guy!

All Home Depots aren't the same. Even though the major lack of supply, this Home Depot's representatives are going all the way to help us solve our home renewing/fixing. They help you for the time you need, with no rush and always politely.
I have two of these stores near me, but I always prefer this one due to the representatives.
