Best Buy

This Best Buy is great! I have purchased multiple devices from here, from a digital camera to video game units to laptops to security cameras. They always have the newest gadgets and the employees have always been knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend if you’re looking for any kind of electronic device!

If you spend over 1k a year get total tech it pays you back fast. 1000 tv plus warranty for two years 1200. 1000 tv plus total tech 1200 free two year warranty on everything you buy for two years and first dibs on most hot ticket items with exclusive deals. Trust me it's worth it.

I'm putting 5 stars because there were a lot of workers offering to help me if needed. When I was at the checkout a manager saw how much I was buying and told me the insurance I bought for my things wasn't the best and explained why and I definitely agreed because the insurance I bought expires and would've had to spend the same amount again if I wanted it and the insurance that he told me about doesn't and was only an extra 30 dollars or so. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness towards helping me out because I technology devices are unbelievably expensive.

It's not Best Buy I'm reviewing but Kylar that works here. He's so knowledgeable and personable. He takes the time to explain things and also connects on a personal level to recommend the correct products. Thank you Kylar. I'll keep coming back so long as you work here.

A bit far from my house, but I don't mind the drive. This best buy is massive compared to the one back near my old home. Variety of stock and prices are a huge plus.

As soon as I entered the store I was asked what I needed and directed to the correct area. Once I got to the general area another clerk directed me right to the product I was looking for. It was in stock and I was in and out in no time. This was a great shopping experience.

The staff are very knowledgable about the products and the store has a lot of different options for whatever you're looking for. I wanted to see the samsung "frame" tv in person and they had two set up. It was nice to see how good it does with glare next to other regular screens. And I guess I'm at that age where the kitchen appliances section makes me excited. I thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the refrigerators and playing with the new smart features many have. One even makes bite size ice for you ice chewers!

Knowledgable sales help, great selection,and reasonable prices. Delivery and set up available reasonably.

Always professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I went to buy a specific backup camera and was in and out in approximately 15 minutes after scheduling installation.

It was a good experience. A lot of the employees were super helpful. I wish they would offered me their employee discount though lol

I hope I'm spelling her name correctly but let me tell you about Hanna. Probably one of the nicest most pleasant most beautiful persons I've meet in the customer service industry. She was so beautiful and kind to us . Helpful and patient. She took her time to help us find a washer and took her time to help my daughter find a toy. Best buy is lucky to have Hanna as an employee for sure.Just to make she I have the right Hannah she has some kinda red coloring in her hair and she's expecting a child. Thanks Hannah

Very knowledgeable salesman I spoke with in the PC networking department. This place has an abundance of electronics and brand names to choose from.

It's easy to find a salesperson when you need one, but they don't follow you around. I have always found their salespeople are very knowledgeable about their departments and the items available for purchase. I almost always learn a new tech tip when I go there.

They had exactly what I was looking for at a competitive price. I had been to Lowe's and Home Depot looking for a microwave and found a very limited variety. Lowe's had only very expensive ones in stock and Home Depot had very cheap off brand microwaves. We love our GE microwave.
