I love their selections. Always clean and friendly staff. I love Lauren Conrad’s clothing line. Sales are great! I wish they would take the rest of the empty stores on the front side of Garnett to shoo away the folks sleeping out there and begging money.

I shopped at this Kohl's today and was pleasantly surprised. The bathroom rug I was looking for on line was in stock, along with many other rugs I hadn't noticed online. I ended up getting an extra rug once I saw it in person. It's a clean store with great employees. I was surprised there was a selection of pots for gardening. I have been looking for exactly what I found there, an 8 inch white pot with a saucer. Shopping on line is nice and easy, but to see the products in person and buying what you want the first time is satisfying. The cashier informed me of the benefits of paying with my Kohl's card instead of debit, since I like racking up points on the Kohl's app. This is a good store, I'll be back.

I went in near closing time to buy Valentines Day and forgot my Kohls Card. The Department Manger as well as the GM stayed to figure out a way to make sure we figured it out and were so patient. Many places would have just said sorry and kicked me out at closing time but instead locked the door and helped me after hours. Thanks to the 2 amazing ladies my Wife had a great Valentines Day. I will shop for anything possible at this Store. From the Service Desk, Department Manager, all the way to the General Manager SIMPLY AMAZING !!!!

Rose, the lady who helped us with dressing room, was really sweet. I didn't feel uncomfortable for trying many items which led me to getting most of them. Love her. Absolutely coming back.

Shopping is truly not one of my favorite things to do, but I went to Kohl's for some items and it was so pleasant, that I'm sure I'll go back (soon). The store and associates were very pleasant and the store was very clean. Thank you, Kohl's for making it a good experience!

I have been shopping at this particular Sephora location for the past several months. The selection, staff, and most of all the manager Stephanie have been a genuine delight. Stephanie is very personable, extremely nice, and meets the needs of the customer. I highly recommend this location and all it has to offer.

I had not been in the store for more than a year. Madi at check out was most awesome in helping get me checked out & updating my info for my payment process. She was very kind & cheerful. She is a true asset to this store.

I had a product exchange for Sephora inside of the Kohls store and Thanks to the Kohls employee, Maddie for her ability to help cover the Sephora store while the Sephora employees called out sick on a Holiday Weekend. Maddie not only was helpful, she was apologetic to not knowing the Sephora stores product inventory.

Maddie, God Bless you and I hope Sephora award you for your willingness to substitute in an unfamiliar work environment.

The sales clerk was very helpful and the dressing room attendant made it a point to tell each customer she appreciated them coming in the store.

I dislike shopping, but my husband & I needed some new clothes. Kohl's has some fairly good sales. The cashier was great, friendly, & helpful.

The items I needed were in stock. There was a short wait at the cashier line for the first time in a long time. Racquel was an excellent cashier. The only drawback was the price check kiosks are gone.

Generally we find what we need. Today was no exception. Found the pants I need. Kohl's Cash always helps. The Associate (Amber) that helps us was GREAT! Was able to visit a bit with her and had a good laugh. It was the first time we had met he, but it was like she was family. She made our shopping experience actually enjoyable

I love Kohl's at 71st and Garnett. Every time I'm in there shopping, or just running in for a quick gift I am always impressed. Fair prices, great sales, extremely friendly and helpful employees. Store is always organized and clean. One of the last times I was there, an extremely kind cashier was checking me out and asked if I would like to apply for a credit card. I haven't had a credit card in my name in many years,as everything is always in my husband's name. It took about 3 minutes and I was approved! I was so thrilled and have now began establishing my own personal credit. I wish I had gotten her name, But she was so excited for me! I walked over to her and gave her a big hug, and it was happily reciprocated. She went above and beyond. I would give this Kohl's six stars. Thank you Kohl's. Definitely one of my favorite go-to department stores.

Didn't buy anything but did an Amazon drop off. Fast and easy, the guy behind the counter was swamped but handled it professionally and quickly, great guy very nice. The customers who yelled should be ashamed of themselves and conduct themselves as adults.

Always can find cute things and I love that I can do my amazon returns there and I can use the coupon from the return on sale items.
