Walmart Supercenter

This is a very nice Walmart. Yes, there is such a thing. I know people from Tulsa that make the drive to shop here because it is the nicest, most well stocked Walmart around. Super friendly staff. But shout out to the giant loss prevention guy in workout clothes and a mullet. You're not fooling anybody! 😂

Unlike most Walmart’s I have been to recently this Walmart stood out as exceptional. The store was clean and well stocked. Employees were friendly. There were actually cashiers even on a Sunday evening and no pushing to self check. Cashier was fast and courteous. I wish I lived closer to this one.

I shop at Walmart because they have most things I need at the lowest prices, but Walmart isn’t always the most enjoyable place to go. This Walmart however is good, and it’s my favorite Walmart. Of course, I always am on my guard when I go out in public, but in general, I feel safe here. The store is usually well kept, and the employees are nice. One of the greeters, Paul, stands out as always so friendly and kind. He is the reason I’m writing the review because he deserves to be recognized. A friendly face can make such a difference in customer experience and just in a person’s day. It isn’t what you do for a job that matters in the world as much as how you do it, and he does his job well.

Always been one of my most pleasant in-and-out stores. Shopping for your everyday needs you are given plenty of options, deals, clearance.

Out of the Walmart locally this one is my favorite. It's clean. Quiet. Nice clearance section. There's always check out with minimal wait time. Nice parking and great lighting.

Great selection of make-up very well organized and very clean for the amount of people I saw there bed closing. They had everything I had intentions on getting too!

I had an extremely great time Linda Gail was extremely knowledgeable about the cave house and was very personable and humorous. I enjoyed her stories and loved her energy.

Love this store. It seems to consider all size family shopping, from a single person to larger numbers. I like the bakery, deli and vegetables layout. (Especially the bakery). The rest of the store also has a very good layout. But was mostly interested in food today.

I went shopping at Walmart with my mom today and I had the best experience I ever had at a Walmart. Joel was our cashier and he was so nice and friendly. He handled our items very well! Such great customer service like his makes me want to shop at Walmart more often!

Huge store, bigger than most of I have seen in Oklahoma. Great location on the outside of town.

Today 4/19/22 9:35 am I came here to get a few items before going home from work
main item tuna salad couldn't find any in the delis prepacked section I was ready to move on when a store associate named Austin asked if he could help me I explained what I wanted he said maybe they didn't get to restock yet he went to the back came out with a tub of tuna salad for me we struck up a pleasant conversation I thanked him for his help he told me it was his pleasure .well that experience and the cleanliness of the store made me feel good after a hard night's work .Thank You Walmart for associates like Austin he really is a customer service professional . Overall if I had to rate his performance it would be OUTSTANDING .
7/3/2022 update well basically the store cleanliness and we'll stocked shelf's is the same as my last visit only thing I don't care for was the rushed attitudes from most associates on this visit I know it's the day before a national holiday but I find it offensive when an associate seemed annoyed at my question concerning directions to pet supplies I usually buy dog treats online for delivery so I'm not too familiar with this locations layout .I didn't see the associates name but I've noticed this behavior with other associates when someone asks questions take time and help your customers we are the reason your in business.
UPDATE 11/5/23 Today's visit was as great as always same smiling 😃 😊 Faces on helpful staff oh and very clean surprising considering the huge crowd of shoppers at 12 pm on a Sunday
store management needs to be commented it's commitment to guest satisfaction.

We use this super center for all of our grocery needs and it works out pretty well minus the fact that the drivers have a hard time finding us sometimes. We use the pharmacy here too and they’re always really nice and quick to get stuff done. We haven’t lived here very long, so to be able to rely on their services alongside of our busy lives has been a huge plus.

WalMart stores are the best for one-stop shopping, including groceries and pharmacy. Very few instances of employees being anything but helpful!!

My daughter and I shopped at this Walmart today and had the best experience we’ve had at ANY Walmart. Joel was our cashier and he was so friendly and took so much care in ringing up and bagging our items (especially our breakables). He even checked the prices of the clothes we bought to double check that they were ringing up correctly (and folded them so neatly). Joel is so polite and brightened our day. As we were leaving and walking in the parking lot, my daughter and I couldn’t stop talking about how nice he was — that’s sometimes hard to come by these days. :) We just knew we had to go back in and tell him how he made our day.

My daughter: “Joel is the best cashier in the universe of cashiers.”

We don’t shop at Walmart often (we’re usually Target shoppers), but we’ll be shopping here more often because of our experience today!

Been a loyal customer to this location for years simply due to this being one of the most cleanest, most fully stocked, most friendly staff filled store in the BA area and surrounding as well. Parking lot is huge with plenty of parking and is well lit in evenings. The Isles are always stocked with product and store is always clean. Not to mention they have the best cashiers around..shout out to Jennifer, Kim ,and Alanna (sorry if misspelled) to name a few. Friendly banter, friendly smiles, fast friendly service, the people of this store is what keeps me coming back. Only thing I have complaints and issues with is the machines there. Not sure why walmart has self check outs when half the machines dont want to take your payment, so then now self check out becomes being checked out by whoever is watching over the area at the time. Definitely makes it frustrating when trying to get "in and out", which i believe, is the whole reasoning for bringing the self serve to us in the first place. Most definitely my favorite place to shop. Shout out to Bren and James as well. Now fix your machines and let this be the number one stop and shop for all of BA and surrounding areas. Much ❤ wally world!

The workers at this Walmart are friendlier than some of the others in this area. I actually got someone to help me find something. They took me to the spot where it was sitting on the shelf. Pretty awesome.

Elissa is always trying to make her friends and customers happy. You do a nice job, Elissa. Also, Ms. Dawn, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Carmen, Ms. Miranda, and two other ladies (I can't remember their names) are the BEST ladies this side of the Mississippi. You ladies make me feel a little happy and...well...a little happy is pretty rare for me. Can't wait to see you guys again.
