When my oven suddenly died, I went straight to Hahn and got a great deal on my beautiful new wall oven. The whole experience at the store was pleasant, and I got incredibly quick delivery that was even sooner than the original estimate. Really professional and friendly delivery-installation team. I highly recommend Hahn.

We purchased storage to put under our washer and dryer. They did not have it at the Tulsa store. However they did in OKC store. Hahn said we can have it here tomorrow with no charge for shipping. I thought that was great, especially in our world today where there is hardly any customer service. Hahn did what they said they would and at a better price then the other Internet sites. We are very happy with our purchase

I have shopped here several times and everytime I go in the employees are great! I bought a washing machine on a prior visit. This visit, my husband and I bought a dishwasher. We just went in to look really, but the price was right and it had all the features I wanted! They have an extensive selection so it's not hard to find something in your budget. Checkout was smooth and they delivered my new beautiful dishwasher when they said they would. Thanks guys!

Customer serve at showroom was very good, but we purchased from Hahn for the professional installation. We wanted to make sure our Washer/Dryer was installed properly and perfectly level to avoid a lot of noise and vibration we were experiencing with our old units. We were very pleased with the servicemen that set out new units and they are performing great!

We needed a new dishwasher to replace the old one, which was the builder's model. My wife wanted an upgrade, so we bought the Bosh Model SHX78CM5M with Smart Cycle and Hands Free Voice Control. Salesman was Jordan Cook.

I was very pleased with the service my husband and I received from Mike Henley at Hahn in Tulsa. He was took us straight to the freezers. He asked us some questions and showed us the exact freezer we needed. Price was fantastic!!! Helped us with all the delivery & installation dates available that worked for our schedule. He was friendly and not one of those pushy salesmen. That store is packed with beautiful appliances and if you can’t find what you want there it doesn’t exist!

We came in looking for a Speed Queen dryer and Mike took care of us. Mike knew his stuff and handled himself very professionally. We bought our dryer and it was installed a few days later. Job well done by all. Thank you

I bought my new washer and dryer set almost a month ago. I knew what I wanted and called for pricing. I spoke with Bobby who handled the whole transaction and honored the sales price over the phone that wasn’t advertised online. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Delivery was scheduled, accurate on timing and gave us updates throughout the day on ETA. We previously purchased our new build’s appliances 2 years ago and received great service then too. They even helped facilitate a warranty issue on one appliance.

Fridge went out. Bought one at Lowe's in Muskogee that was delivered next day (Friday). Compressor sounded like a freight train and only shut-off once for 15 minutes in 24 hours. Called to return on Saturday and called Hahn appliance. Spoke to Chris, very helpful. Drove to Tulsa Saturday, picked out fridge and they delivered Tuesday. Excellent communication prior to delivery. Delivery guys showed up early and were fast and professional. Even with removing door to get fridge in, I don't think they were here 30 minutes.

I recently bought a dryer and a freezer from Hahn Appliances. However, I want to say that I have bought appliances from them for the past 7 years more or less. We are a big family and very rough and tough on our appliances. However, Hahn Appliances has always reliable with great customer service and care. I have had to use the extended coverage insurance (that you buy extra, but completely worth it); and it has always been reliable as well with no weird or shady people. There has even been a time when one appliance was not able to be fixed and they did replace it completely, no charge. Altogether, I say, there is no place better to go for great prices on new appliances with excellent customer service.

I ordered a gas range online.
The automated scheduling was perfect. I knew who was coming and when. I also had updates throughout the day. I ended up calling the dispatch area 2x because the scheduling was getting tight.
Everyone was gracious with my inquiries. Pablo and RJ were professional as they completed the installation. All was completed within my tight schedule. Thank you, Hahn. I’ve done business with you for over 30 years and you have always excelled in quality service.

1st class online service. They didn’t have the fridge I purchased but had a similar (better in my opinion) at the same price. Pablo delivered and installed the new fridge and helped my nephew set the old fridge outside. My parents love the new fridge. This isn’t my first purchase from Hahns and it won’t be my last. Excellent service from start to finish!

The communication from Hahn was superb and timely. Their delivery notifications and updates were helpful for my busy schedule. The delivery process was seamless. They showed up on time with all the tools they needed to dispose of my current washing machine and install the new one. I also have hardwood (original from 1930's) and was concerned about scratches as a company I had used before left one large one when changing out their appliances. Happy to no scratches or any unwanted marks! As a bonus, before bringing the new machine in they asked if I wanted to clean the spot where the old one sat. I appreciated that thoughtfulness as it hadn't crossed my mind. They confirmed it worked and was all set up prior to leaving. Both men were very pleasant, made small talk, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend!

Paulo Velasquez, the sales representative was very helpful finding the right washer for us. He was knowledgeable and professional and arranged delivery and installation that fit our schedule. The installation crew were also efficient, prompt and professional. I will go back to Hahn’s for our next appliance shopping.

Everything was fantastic, great selection, price exceeded our expectations. Delivery personnel went beyond what was needed. The freezer was purchased for our daughter who was expecting her first child and was needing to meal prep. If you are considering purchasing an appliance look no further Hahn is your best and only choice.

Quick and easy transaction. We went in with an idea of what we wanted. They showed us one or two other models and broke it down for us. We bought the item we came in for and immediately picked it up.

I salesperson greeted us, we said we want to look around. Another one picked us up and gave some product info. We were leaving and a fellow behind the desk said he will give us a discount, and so on. I appreciated the extra effort to keep us there.

The young men who installed our washer and dryer were exceptional. They truly went above and beyond to set up our new appliances as well as knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Hahn for any of our appliance or household needs.
