I should really enjoy the selection of books but I also enjoy some of the other things that they have there like the games and the different sections that really just speak to individual people. I ended up getting a book while I was there even though I really wasn't thinking about doing it but when I got to looking through the different sections I realized that oh yeah this is something that would be good for me. I will definitely go back I enjoy the place and just in the atmosphere.update. awesome store. I love looking around and fonding new stuff

Wonderful experience. This location is clean and well organized in contrast to some of the other bookstores I've visited recently. I do wish that B&N carried a more varied stock of books (I wasn't able to find the horror/suspense title I was after), but staff helped me to discover an entirely new title I'd never heard of. I positively love it.

My checkout guy, Spencer, was an absolute blast. It's rare to have that kind of interaction and I sincerely appreciate the lengths this location's B&N team will go to in order to make customers feel welcome and appreciated.

I look forward to my next visit!

Great place to get some work done, except for the limited number of outlets to charge any devices.

My girlfriend is very happy with what we found this trip. But then again she's happy anytime we visit a Barnes & Noble. The selection is nigh infinite, from a to z. I can always find a book or two or three. For me or to fill anyone with glee. All jokes aside it's a solid place to hangout and either fill your noggin with endless info or take a trip in fantasy. Fun for all ages can be found behind Barnes & Nobles doors.

Fantastic location situated only a stone's throw from a variety of other shops and restaurants. Staff are wonderful, from the people at the back of the store to the cashier who ringed up my books. Big thank you to Spencer! I'll absolutely look into the author you recommended!

My daughter goes to Starbucks to get coffee, she brought my a Spinach Quechee and it was hot 🔥 but very yummy. We have also bought pretty good books here as well.

I love Barnes and Noble. This one had a really good selection. Remember Amazon may be cheaper but once they have a monopoly they will control the price. So shop at your local stores as much as possible!

I wish we had a Barnes and Nobles here in Fort Smith. We have books a million though. Which is fine, but Barnes and Nobles have a better variety of books and games. They even had a section of movies and music. Hopefully we’ll get one of these in Fort Smith soon!

I like going to bookstores and getting books as opposed to reading on my tablet or my phone. This store is clean and everything is organized great. They always have good sales on their books also.

There is just something so special about walking into a Barnes and Nobel!! The smell of a bookstore is divine. The Staff here is so great. I must have been asked 10x if I needed any help. Very nice customer service and very clean. Love this place!

A little disappointed in the customer service. Took my son to get a book on German Language. When he asked for help she told him they didn't have anything for learning German Language. I walked around a corner to the language section and found 6 books on the shelf. Do not know if she just didn't feel like helping or didn't know what she was doing?

Awesome books, awesome toys and such. Great olace to be and the staff is friendly.

Was shopping in the store and one of the staff, I think her name was Julie, recommended a Nook. I'd not really considered one before but after talking with her, I ended up buying the Nook Glowlight 4. Absolutely love it. I normally use an iPad for most of my tablet consumption, but this thing is a great reader!

Excellent store. Large selection of stuff to read. Staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean

They have booksellers who will readily help you find something you are interested in purchasing. If it is not in their current stock, they will order it for you. I especially love the in store coffee shop. It was neat and clean. The robust flavored coffee was freshly made.

Love getting my family organized book they had a different one this time that I am going to try out but great place for books and little gifts

The lady behind the counter was very helpful locating 2 books I was looking for. I'm a regular customer.

The only downfall is that I did not see any charging stations or outlets to plug in my laptop! Other than that, they have a huge selection of books, magazines, etc. and the atmosphere is inviting and peaceful. Keep book stores alive!

I took my freinds who loves book stores here, and they loved it. I also left the store with $150 in Russian books and a Barnes and noble premium subscription. The cashier Liz B was helpful. Will be back for more books and coffee probably. Good place to kill time, or buy books, or coffee.
