Staples

It seems that I always get some personalized service when I visit the store, which isn't that often, but it makes for a great time. I almost never have to 'look' for an employee, but usually have one walk up to me and ask if they can help me find something. These transactions make for a quick, efficient, and successful visit to collect what I need to purchase.

I've been a couple times in the last 2-3 months and I've been blown away by the friendliness and the above-average customer service of every employee I interacted with. They were so helpful and offered to do more to help me without me even asking.

Staples location is convenient. The help locating an item is always appreciated. I wish I knew the lady's name, she has been with this store for years and has always been a great help.

I am happy knowing this store has a great inventory on products I need from time to time. We live in Cambridge City & I have a publishing business. I don't mind the 45 minute drive.

Always Great Service and Fair Pricing. We use the print center often; it is convenient and they do a great job.

Easy to use online service, as i created my business cards, and the production of them went quicker than stated, yet the product turned out wonderful!
To pick them up was a breeze! I'll use Staples again, for sure!

I printed my wedding invites through Staples, but was unsure if I wanted a matte or glossy finish. Michelle gave her expertise opinion and suggested going with all gloss. The invites turned out perfect, and are just what I was wanting.

Staples has the labels I needed. Letha, the cashier took a moment to make sure I had the correct labels for my printer. I had the wrong ones. Her extra effort saved me time on having to return an unusable product! Thank you!

Just a quick complement on an outstanding employee. My husband and I, being computer challenged, needed info off my tablet for tax purposes. We had no clue, nor directions how to retrieve the info. Hating to ask for help, but not knowing where else to go, I timidly approached Daxx, in the printing dept. When I explained my problem, he was so patient, friendly and determined to get my info for me. It was not easy, and he struggled, but finally got it, and printed our copies. He is a keeper and a perfect example of great customer service. Staples, you are fortunate to have him!

Stacy in printing is the reason I always take my printing business to Staples in Muncie. She is so helpful and kind. Today she helped me with a last-minute order before I flew out for a work trip and she got it done faster than I needed. Thank you Stacy - you are amazing!

With a deadline approaching and and few options available I happened upon Staples in Muncie and with the excellent help and supper fast service by Daxx and Phil the day was saved. I can't thank these two gentleman enough for their helpful input and fast service.

Not only did I feel incredibly safe in here - they had barriers up to ensure six-foot distancing from cashiers, there was very prominent signage about how to wear masks - but every employee had such a good vibe?? Like when they asked if I needed anything it felt like a conversation with real people, not like a bland corporate mandate. 11/10 would hold my next birthday party here

Always helpful and always have my prints ready. I email floor and decor plans to them quite often. I walk in the Store head directly to the counter. Always have my prints ready. If their is a line Jake will see me and hand me my prints so that I can check out up front. Excellent service all the way around. Definately rates 5 stars

Way better than the average office store! I have always had great experiences at Staples in Muncie. The Staff are happy and eager to help. The special attention they lavish on customers who need help when I need something I cannot find is amazing. There is always someone to help who is knowledgeable, and the staff is excellent when it comes to requests for copy services, UPS shipping, and answering general questions about office products, computer peripherals, and computer software and services. This is the best place in Muncie for these kinds of services. The staff is well trained, and the store has an unusually competent and experienced manager who is innovative and available.
