Customer service was great. I found what I was looking for quickly, and was able to get in and out in a timely manner.

Greeted by one very personable staff member when we entered, he assisted us in shopping for some items for our daughter. He went through varying options based on our request, and made suggestions on each based on popular choices he has seen. The entire staff was friendly and helpful!

We didn't end up buying anything, only because fit for one of my daughters just didn't work out.

However, the store is very clean. Stocked. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I've been here many times over the years and have never had a bad experience. The employees are approachable, friendly and super helpful. I went in for something specific. Unfortunately they didn't have the size I needed. The guy that was helping me offered many other solutions and stuck with me to help me find something that worked. Definitely recommend this store.

They always have the style of clothes that speak to me, with great customer service and a great selection you should definitely drop in and check it out.

There was a active shooter situation at woodland hills Mall, in Tulsa today my wife and my daughters were at this store during this point in time. I was told the manager acted quick and calmly. He shut the gate and turned off the lights. I am thankful for these quick actions even though no one was harmed. This will be my next stop for clothing apparel and shoes because of this situation.

This is a new review of an old visit in July 2018. I bought my first ever cruiser/long-board at this Zumiez location. Globe brand. I had no idea what I was looking for. One of the guys that was working there was super helpful. He let me try riding a few boards down a small stretch of the store just to get a feel for the board. He seemed certain that one of the boards I liked would be a good commuting one. Even though I had no idea how to ride at the time, he was super friendly and encouraging. I walked out with my first ever longboard that same day. Sometimes I remember that encounter and the faith even just that one employee had in me. I have lived in 3 states since buying it and now I'm probably the fastest gal in the town I live in currently in Oregon. To this day I still am in love with my board, probs even moreso than I was before.

Chase was amazing and very informative, great customer service! I enjoyed my time there very much and will go back just to talk to him again! Thank you!

Loved this store and their selection of apparel. Slightly overpriced, but if you don't want to order something online it's a great option.

Purchased the new SpongeBob Van's. Both sales ladies that helped me were friendly which, made the shopping experience better.
