Ross Dress for Less

Customer service is awesome! The young lady who helped me & the young gentleman who assisted with helping me find the the right cologne were Really professional and respectable. They are a great representation of the manager Rachel who I had the pleasure of meeting. Again awesome customer service @ Ross on 71st & memorial

I really like this place and I like to shop there it just seems like it’s always in a mess which I don’t mind cause I’ll sort through it to get what I want but other than that I love to go to Ross dress for less they got a lot of fat people clothes and I’m fat so they got really good bargains here if you shop around some of their stuff a little high but you know where you save it one place you gotta spend that another so if you wanna really good Ross go to this one

The only issue was that there were only 2 cashiers, and the line was literally all the way to the back of the store, but I can say at least they didn't have slow cashiers, which was great. Dog bed was only $10, and Spartina loves it.

Fun store, fun times!

Visited 2 different Ross stores today. The one on 41st and Yale area was clean and in order. Then went to 71st and Memorial and it looked like a tornado ran through the entire store. There were clothing all over the floor, over the clothing racks, even the bathroom had toilet paper with poop on it on the floor! The two cashiers the front of the store were talking very loudly about a woman who just walked out of the store with her screaming child basically making fun of her and one saying if she had children she'd whoop them right there in front of everybody, the other saying she has five children and none of her kids would act like that! if you are shopping for something specific or in particular beware that you will have to dig through everything there will be sizes on the wrong hangers sizes in the wrong places and piles of clothes all over the underneath the clothing racks. I spent 10 minutes in there and turned around and walked out! Another customer told me that they were going to go to the one in Catoosa. one of the workers in the front was saying hurry up to another worker because she was about to get off work. I can't believe they even let employees get off work with the mess that's in there!!

Today, I was able to get in, find exactly what I was looking for, and get out. I only needed the purse section but from the brief scan I took as I entered, the store was clean and organized. The security guard was friendly. I'll be back in the future.

Excellent trip. We were looking for things to go in our laundry room. Love finding stuff at a great price.

Store unkept. Clothes on floor, in wrong sizes, no help when needed. But I love the products otherwise I'd never shop there.

The prices are great and the clearances were even better I had to pick and choose what I was going to purchase today but I definitely will be back later this week the lines weren't bad but they normally have enough checkers to get you out quickly which is a plus.

For a Ross Store this one is pretty nice. Well stocked and clean. The time to check out isn't bad, they have multiple registers open. The staff is polite and friendly.

Definitely a place to shop for some hot clothing items and household items drop by and check them out easy to navigate and very friendly staff..!

I will always love ross. You have to be willing to do some serious SHOPPING and possibly deal with a few rude customers, but the deals are always worth it.

Beautiful, large, new store. Great selection! The men's section seems a bit small compared to the rest of the inventory. Prices are typical for Ross. The store has been clean and fairly organized every time I've shopped there. Never had an issue with customer service there either.

Love, love, love this store. Got everything I wanted: NO CLOTHING! Wanted a bedroom trashcan, got it. Wanted a closet shoe rack, got it. Wanted an over-the-door hanger with hooks, got it! And wanted a medium-sized dog bed for our most-important family member, GOT IT! Was in and out within an hour on New Year's Day. I love this store!!!

Great place to find clothes at a low price. Love the new larger store with more selection. Your bound to find something you love here. I can't keep my kids out of this store.

It's a nice place to show for picky teens that need something for a dance or a summer vacation. The selection is vast and meets all needs that are also outside of clothes. We found an amazing bedroom mirror here last month for an even better price than other stores.

We were greeted this evening as we walked in by a very nice young man. I watched as he greeted everyone the same (this doesn't always happen). The ladies at the register's were nice also and they worked quickly getting us all out & were still kind while working fast.
