AT&T Store

Getting our phones switched from T-Mobile to AT&T. Walked in, we were immediately helped, and the store rep was helpful and quick. The only problem was we realized that our iMessage wasn't working when we got home, but we called AT&T customer service, and the representative was also very helpful and we got it fixed. Thanks for all your help. :)

Tay was super helpful and easy to work with while fixing my phone issues. Can't wait to come back and get a new Samsung when they drop in February.

Shout out to Marvin for helping me get my new phone activated. The Illinois river drowned my iPhone which was pretty upsetting. Didn’t get one picture from the trip. Went to Wally World and purchased a new iPhone and couldn’t get it activated by myself. Couldn’t retrieve my info cause it kept wanting to send me a code via text. After many frustrating tries I made the best decision to head to the 91st and riverside location. Marvin was so helpful and walked me through the process and was very reassuring. Thank you

Yes, I would like to thank you for having an employee like Shawn at the Tulsa Riverside location. I had a bad experience at another location and was hesitant about trying again. Eric and Marvin were a great help in getting me signed into my iCloud and also helped me figure out my password setting. There was a very nice gentleman named mike who assisted as well

Chelsea was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. She went above and beyond and made sure we were able to get the best deal for our money.

If you need any help with your service I highly recommend asking for the sales person Marvin. He not only took his time in getting me a better phone plan he also took his time in helping me upgrade my phone And my watch. He made sure I was completely set up before I left the store and answered all of my questions

He, along with all the other employees in this store have far better customer service skills than any other store in this area. They were all so friendly and helpful!
