Kohl's

I was shopping for a bra. I ve never seen the bra area better organized. All of the bras were in order of sizes and colors and styles. Made shopping so easy. This was on Tuesday morning 2/6/24.

My daughter and I hit the customer service jackpot at this kohls store. A young lady named Alex and a young man named Tyler were so warm, friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely shop at this kohls more often if these 2 or others like them continue to give such awesome customer service.

Okay Sharon Shannon was awesome she was friendly and knowledgeable and fast She assisted my mom with retrieving a jacket she left in the fitting room during closing time the dressing room associate was helpful and gave compliments on the items we were trying on I didn't catch your name but she was beautiful older lady with her hair pulled back in a ponytail and glasses attached to her Kohl's also had a good sale in the clearance area where you receive an additional 50% off the store was clean and organized we had a great experience

Love the service at this store. It is always orderly and the customer service is fantastic. I ordered online for a pickup from the store. It was a quick and secure way to get what you want.

Kohl's offers a wide selection of clothing and apparel. They were offering a store wide selection on almost every department we visited. They seemed to be staffed appropriately and items were well stocked. The restrooms were adequately stocked and well kept. Associates were friendly and willing to meet the customers shopping needs.

The store at 91st & Riverside is my go to for Xmas bargains. LOVE the 30% off coupons I get frequently. My favorite employee is "Barb". She is a jewel!! Store is upgrading & it is looking g good.

I was in Kohl’s at the Riverside location and had the most amazing associate, Melody, helping me. She was wonderful! So patient, helpful and genuine. Very knowledgeable and kind. The store wasn’t really having too great of sales or offering coupons at the time, but I will continue to shop here with excellent staff and amazing team members like Melody! Thank you.
