AT&T Store

Great experience. Easy process. I forgot who was our rep but he was a great help. Made everything worth making the trip to Jonesboro . Would highly recommend this store to anybody.

We had an amazing experience with Will. He answered all of our questions, and was very patient with us as we made our decisions. We thought switching from one service provider to ATT would be difficult, but he made it seamless and easy. Thanks again!

The dude who worked with me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He thoroughly explained each answer he provided for my questions. Everyone at the Jonesboro store never fails to provide the best customer service for each individual. They always point me in the best direction and give us the best route to take care of my business. I'll continue to go back to that store over any other store near me.

I do not like having to go into phone stores because the process is so very long. Last night I had the pleasure of being assisted by Will and Grant. We were three generations switching out three phones all of various ages. They saved me money, worked so hard to get everything transferred, and just made the experience so fun that time didn’t seem to drag. Quality customer service! These guys are top notch and I’m really grateful for all they did to help us.

We was met by a young man holding the door open for us. Then he proceeded to help us until we were all done. The store was nice the sales rep was amazing and our service was excellent. We got two new iPhone 15 and we love them.

I phoned ahead of my visit to the AT&T store at 3600 E Highland, Suite A, Jonesboro, Arkansas. I told the person that answered to tell supervisor Grant Hoots that I had someone bringing me since I'm a 72-year-old disabled USMC veteran that no longer drives. Mr. Hoots was waiting at the door for me when I arrived. The purpose of my visit was to upgrade my service from AT&T Prepaid to a Regular AT&T account. Since AT&T Prepaid isn't monthly, but 30-days, that makes the billing date float back and forth. There were times when I didn't have enough money in my account to prevent a day or two of service loss when using prepaid. Mr. Hoots was able to fix things so I could keep my Motorola phone, and also keep my AT&T phone number I've had for many years. I should have changed over to a regular account long before I did, but not driving anymore and living in a small town outside of Jonesboro made that difficult. Prior to AT&T I had several other wireless services, and none of them were as stable as AT&T. You'd have to hold a gun to my head to get me to change to another wireless provider. I went to the other ATT store at 1841 Caraway and the salesman had told me I could get a new phone within 30 days of a new customer. I went back 3 days later and the manager said no!.
I asked the salesperson to enter the conversation and he told the salesman to go in the back so he could not be spoken with. The manager was arrogant and rude. I went the the corporate store at Redwolf and Highland and talked to a trained, polite and professional manager. ONLY GO TO THE CORPORATE STORE @ 3006 E Highland

I arrived at the store shortly after it opened so there was no waiting. Moises was the technician who waited on me, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, great store.
