Switching to Cricket has been the best cell phone decision I've ever made. They're plans are very reasonably priced, their coverage is just as good as the major carriers, but the real selling point is how friendly, helpful, and laid-back their staff is. I can't say enough good things about them!

I was needing new service as my old one was eating me alive. What should have taken a short time ended up taking a couple of hours because of my old service. The young lady helping me worked past her end of shift to make sure I was taken care of. Not many businesses give that kind of services these days!

My phone had to o many no used apps. apps I thought i needed plus junk that was dumped into my phone when the lites went out at my home the employer at cricket cleaned my phone out, For me an explained why I did not need the apps I had put on my phone.he was very helpful and answered all my questions .now my pH.is like new again .an he only took a less then an half an hour to do so.thank you cricket.
