Maybe you will find what you want.
Maybe you won't.
Maybe you will find something on sale you didn't expect.
Maybe the registers will have staff.
Maybe all the registers will be broken and the line will be down the isles.
Maybe the self checkout is broken or not accepting card/cash.
Maybe the cashier will be rude Maybe the cashier will be nice.
Maybe it will be their first day and they will have no support and they will be completely confused and turn a two minute check out into a half hour checkout.
Maybe the pharmacy will be closed inside during a time when it says it will be open.
Maybe they will call and say your meds are ready but when you get there they are not ready.
Maybe someone will greet you when you walk in but..
Most likely they wont

So many maybes.. roll the dice and come to CVS.

I just want to commend and thank Gina for helping me on the 9th of November after seeing my cut off finger tip that day. I needed to get some essentials to keep from getting infected. She help me pick out the right chemicals, gauze, iodine and wrap. She went beyond that and put on her plastic gloves -sanitized my finger, wrapped it while sharing her own experiences and her upcoming medical procedure. Followed by advice on how to move forward with it. I just want to say thank you Gina! Your gentle and mom touch is much appreciated. God bless you.
Her co-worker America was not far behind showing her concerns for me and advising me to take care of myself. Thank you ladies.

The absolute customer service from Patrice! She went above and beyond to make sure I received my medication!! It is so busy and I know they are understaffed but her professionalism and hardwork really was so helpful.. I am grateful to receive my medicine.

They seem to be short o f staff in the pharmacy.I do get my prescriptions filled and I get calls and text from them. Tha front people always nice and helpful

Ms. Trudy at the CVS, Cruse Rd in Lawrenceville GA was very patient, helpful and kind. I didn’t have the correct coupon for the items that I was purchasing. Ms. Trudy identified the issue and after checking my pulse and my car, I was able to locate the $4.00 off coupon. We need more employees like Ms. Trudy when it comes to providing excellent customer services. May God Bless her and her CVS family.

My rating is based solely on the photo department. Short story: They came through and did a wonderful job with a very quick turnaround days before Christmas when the other nearby CVS stores did not. Long story: I placed a same-day order for a canvas print at a CVS near me only to find out the next day when I went to pick it up that their machine was down, and they had not made any attempt to let me know nor had any plan to do so. CVS corporate number redirected my order to another location nearby. Guess what? When I called to check on the order, their machine was also down. This is now 2 days before Christmas, and I was afraid I would not be able to get the project completed. I called CVS customer service again and explained the situation. The agent assured me this location at Cruse Rd was up and running and would print the canvas by the end of the day. To my delight, they did just that! Thrilled with these results, I placed another order and was able to pick it up on Christmas Eve. I was pleased with the service and the actual product. Will not hesitate to purchase more canvas prints especially if I need them on the same day I place the order.

I love coming to this store, everyone is so sweet and nice, Miss America and Arleth has the best service, super sweet and helpful all of them, this is my favorite CVS to come shop because of them!! Thank you America and Arleth for making my visit smooth and answering all my questions

They have always been friendly and helpful. I have had my kid's prescriptions filled here for years. They always let me know if there will be a wait and call me when my order has been filled. Great family pharmacy!

America was very nice and informative when signing me up for the CVS card and the Extracare! She informed me of the $10 discount and saved me money :)

I like the fact when u go into the store your always greeted by a person and they look at u and say welcome to CVS and that's great the store was very clean and my reason for visiting the store was to pick up refills in the pharmaceutical and they were very polite as well . The only thing that needs worked on is the employees smoking out of the door they should hve to go in their car some people may have health issues

Excellent service from Pharmacy Ernessa spent over an hour with me trying to locate prescription. I was traveling and forgot the meds. Thank you very much! Over and beyond what I could expect.
