Cant say enough about the great service at the East Cobb Avenue location! Even accidentally kept them 15 minutes past close and they were so pleasant I had no idea. Great deals and service here!

Very nice staff & fragrance selection!

Customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The semi-annual sale was in full effect. My male friend was more excited than I was!!!! He bought candles and I got aroma therapy product. Everyone had on masks. Hand hygiene done at the door. Social distancing was encouraged and practiced. The cashier's wiped down the counter after each customer. They even wiped down the credit card machine. The entrance door was left wide open as well. Awesome service and thought placed into keeping us safe.

Shopping at the Bath and Body is a true pleasure! The employees are all very friendly and super helpful which is so hard to get these days!!! They greet everyone with a sweet smile and go way beyond!!

This location is a hidden gem! Great staff and they get test products in most of the time. I love that it's never super busy so don't try to make this your home store we at capacity, jk! I'm sure they would love to see some new faces.

I love this location!! The staff is wonderful! Especially Miss Kimberly. I feel like she's my personal Specialist. She remembers what I've purchased previously even though I don't. And she's constantly recommending things that she thinks I'll like and enjoy and she's always right.

Great product selection, nicely displayed for shopping ease, really good sales and friendly employees.

Went in the evening on Black Friday. Few customers but lots of help. Just wish some items had been available but then it was Black Friday sales so they must have been busy earlier.

If you visit this location you need to work with Denise. She is an absolute gem and will answer all of your questions and if something is not available in store she will find an equivalent or find another option for you. Love this location as well!

The staff at the East Cobb Avenues store was fantastic. One of team members, perhaps a manager, really helped me out on New Years Eve. They were out of stock in for Fondue forks and the guy came up with a very creative solution.

Ita a trap! Don't do it! For the life of me I never understand how I go in to get body cream or lotion and spend 90 dollars, and end up with 4 body washes, 4 lotions, 3 candles, room spray and some hand sanitizer! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME... T "Clean Slate" is a new house favorite.

Always a pleasure shopping here. Great and friendly staff. If they don't like working there, you would never know it.

Likely the most spacious bath and body works I’ve ever been inside. It’s not cramped. It wasn’t busy whenever I went in but only saw one associate.

Love it! So many scents and even new ones! I got so many things, plus, a fluffy hand sanitizer cat case! (It fits purr-fectly)

What can I say? I like to smell good. Soaps are wonderful. Warm Vanilla Sugar and Moonlight Path are my faves. Staff is always nice.
