Brandon was amazing! Very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions , when we had our doubts he made sure to explain on why the furniture suited us best even made a demonstration so we can fully understand . The whole process wasn’t draining at all he kept it simple. Will definitely come to him in the future for more furniture ! Thank you Brandon.

Everyone at this location is very professional! From the moment you walk in they treat you like gold! Taylor in particular was absolutely AMAZING! She understood me and my situation, was very attentive to my needs, super friendly person and very knowledgeable on products. I will definitely recommend this store to others looking for furniture and will be back to this location very soon. 10/10!

My son needed a recliner to help him recover from a medical condition. We stopped off on the way home from the hospital. The sales clerk saw us coming in from the parking lot and brought out a wheelchair for him. My son wanted a recliner that same as one I had purchased from another store. We were able to purchase one at a significant discount.

Brandon at the Sheboygan location was incredibly helpful in my search of a new couch. He was able to get me the best price guaranteed, and was very nice through out the entire process.

Brandon was super helpful in our purchase of furniture at the Sheboygan store. It was our first time there and he was very informative telling us the layout of the store before we ventured out. We appreciated we could browse without feeling like we were being “followed” through the store by sales people. Brandon periodically checked in on us and thoroughly answered our questions. He even followed up with us after our purchase to thank us for letting him assist us and let us know we could reach out to him anytime. Joshua Brabo was fantastic! It was so much fun looking around the store with him. He made me feel super comfortable and kept all of my likes and dislikes in mind. It was like shopping with a friend - so fun!

I had first come into the Ashley Homestore to get ideas and prices on a variety of items I needed for my new place. Makenzie was such an amazing and sweet highly knowledgeable and helpful person to help me find out prices and delivery dates and such for all of my potential needs. I had taken a few days break to think and continue to research what I needed and then came back with a different plan for what I needed. I then was also helped with Brandon who was also very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me find the best setup on a couch and ottoman set that met my needs. I highly suggest going in to the Ashley Store and letting the highly trained and knowledgeable staff like Makenzie and Brandon help you find what you need.

Brandon helped my wife and I design the perfect bed frame. We came in with very specific needs for our small house and he didn’t stop until he found what we were looking for. I highly recommend working with Brandon for any of your furniture needs.

Lucas was phenomenal we walked in looking at couches and ended up buying a new sectional. He was not using that pressure technique that far to many use. He even went to find a tape measure Next time we need something we will be back and asking for him.

EDIT: The bed is AMAZING! Angel and his team were amazing and very helpful with any questions I had. They were extremely fast, everything was set up and ready to go before I knew it!

this guy david was really nice and let my sister sit in the massage chair. all the employees there were very proper and kind but also had good humor. we held them up for a long time bc of a mistake but they were chill about it. the store manager was nice too. good quality furniture and amazing customer service. i don’t remember her name but she gave us show recommendations too!

Brandon was such a great help. Love his enthusiasm and knowledge of the products. Talked through everything and didn't try to up sale. Will recommend and come back for anything else.
