Very great service and extremely friendly people. Chris is very knowledgeable and polite and took a lot of the stress out of the situation. I also overheard him talking to other customers while I waited and was very impressed with the way he spoke and how efficient he was. They figured out the issue with my vehicle as well as setting me up with the best tires. Feels great to have safe and reliable tires - especially in the winter when things can take a turn for the worse. They are a big step up from the extremely dangerous ones I had on before. Definitely will return for future repairs and tires.

Definitely 5 star service. Woke up to an almost flat tire and knew I needed new tires for winter. Drove to Pomp's and the guy at the front desk was very helpful. Give me a quick estimate and even said if I left my car there over night he could possibly get it done. I left my car and the next day I got a call it was done! Very efficient and professional service. I arrived early for my appointment and they made the effort to get my car right in, solved my problem , and had me on my way in under an hour…and the price was very reasonable!

Additionally, I must add that I had forgotten my first appointment and had to sheepishly call back to apologize. The person answering the phone could not have been more kind and accommodating, rescheduling me in a couple of days.

Tires and oil/filter change needed. Website was easy to navigate and easy to choose tires. Scheduling appointment was also very easy and I was able to get in within a couple days. Prices are very reasonable. Service was professional and very thorough. I will be back. Thank you!
