From John the store owner to Tanner the store manager the treatment and level of care to patrons and footwear is unbeatable! I have hundreds of miles on my Wingshooters with custom insoles that have held up to everything I've incurred on my hunting excursions! Support Local !

Went to Red Wing for some work shoes and was not disappointed in the slightest. The building itself is small but has a nice little local feel to it and the inside is very clean and spacious to boot! Service was grade A+; attentive, aware of your needs, polite, knowledgeable on the topic and just overall friendly and easy to talk to! The shoes are great to with a variety of them to look through including accessories though the only downside is they are a TAD bit pricey! My only complaint aside, if you need new shoes I'd highly recommend giving Red Wing a go, it's one of the better shoe stores I've been to!

I came in to the store on Thursday evening and I was greeted by a young man named Joe. I have been buying my work boots at the Sheboygan store ever since they opened and needed a new pair. Joe was great and very respectful to me letting me try on different boots and I decided to go with a new pair of 3519. I don’t have to have puncture resistant boots anymore but decided they felt the best out of all the boots Joe let me try on. If you want great fitting work boots and customer service this is the store to visit!

On August 20th 2018 I visited this locally owned store. I was greeted by a very busy owner John Church who was helping two customers on a return, a bit about that later. I own a few pairs of Allen Edmonds, I had Wolverine 1000 mile heritage boots, hell I been wearing boots since the late 70's so I thought to check out some RW's. It was about 11:00am and it was buzzing inside. He was by himself so I knew it was gonna be a bit, I looked at all the display boots in the mean time. The two customers he was helping on the return and the way he did it was awesome, customer service 1000 percent. It was that moment I decided buying 2 pairs of boots. His knowledge was on par and his service was stellar, I tried on 5 pair to make sure the proper fit. I'm a boot and shoe guy so I know what I am looking at and looking for. I landed on the Iron Rangers in Copper and a pair of 415 for my BS boots and a set of RW Revolution Series Insoles. Great Service John!

Today I visited again to get a second pair of the RW Revolution Series Insoles, still busy and looking good in the place. This time I was helped by a staff member who was great help, John was with customers otherwise I would've said Hi and let him know how the boots are going. I figure a review is as kind.

This time I needed a boot with some Steel and Metatarsal so I had set on the RW 4492's because I like how the boot is fitting like the Heritage Iron Ranger yet with some hard use features. 6 months ago I bought the RW Iron Ranger 8085 and the RW 415 from John and I just dig his great service and knowledge, he's a genuine "Boot Guy". John and his team create a great vibe and in the world of boots it makes a difference, in fact a big one! The store is eye candy for one who's into boots! John took his time with me to ensure a positive fit due to the boot ( 4492 ) had to be ordered, and I was the jackass to show up 1/2 hour before close on a Saturday. Experienced as I am I had a pretty easy go at knowing what I was looking for, I wouldn't suggest it if you're new to the boot world. If that's the case give it an hour to look and try on few pairs of different styles.
John ordered my boots on Monday and he called me the following Thursday to let me know they were in. I was there soon after the call and a 25 mile drive. Boots fit great and they look amazing!! I am now into day 5 breaking them in and they're great, no hot spots or oddness. The leather is starting to settle and conform to the ankle area and heel cup, they're becoming part of me. Long story short, This particular Red Wing Shoe Store " John's " is the only place I go and will go for Red Wing Shoes! Simply a great experience every time! Thank you John & Team!

I popped in here to try out some Irish Setter boots that have great style. The store Manager, Tanner, handled my inquiries like an absolute professional. He knows EVERYTHING about leather, proper fit, the history of the various lines of boots offered by Red Wing, etc. I honestly can't recall finding a more helpful and qualified salesperson in any field, much less in footwear. But if you have detailed, technical questions, or just want to see what shopping experiences used to be like in decades past, when experience and service counted for something, don't hesitate to visit this store. The service is beyond compare.

Absolutely fantastic experience from Tanner and Rueben. They spent a great deal of time with us leading us through a boot purchase and insole selection.

I feel like we’re going home having tried all the options and we feel very confident in our decision.

He was awesome. He measured my feet asked about insoles told me to wear them at home for us for a couple hours. Make sure they were comfortable. I gave him a A+.

I can not express how good my work boot shopping experience was. It was a painless and fast process. The employees take the time to ask you about your profession to take in consideration of what your feet go through and need. Then measure your feet and then have you sit down. they grab you the right boot and get you fitted in. Hands down the best boot shopping experience I have ever had. Frosting on the cake was that they were great people to deal with!

Bob did a fantastic job getting me fitted for my new steel toe boots! The guys there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They strive to make sure your feet are comfortable. And it only took 15min to get what I needed! Outstanding experience! Will be back for future purchases.

I came to this store not long after they opened just to see what they offered in steel toe work boots for my work. I spoke with the owner and he was extremely nice and very helpful. I was able to get a Injected polyurethane boot that I can use during sanitation or during regular production in the factory. He made sure they were fit to me perfectly.

I love this store! Owners and employees are great. I already experienced the high level of customer service when buying Red Wing work boots. I needed a new pair of hunting boots and they were able to get me into a pair of Irish Setters. I've been very happy with them so far.

People are friendly and make each customer number one, love the boots, have found a place that boots last me longer than 6months. Great!! No complaints
Have the tools to and take the time to figure out my needs to make my work day more comfortable where my feet dont hurt. Pricey? Yes, but SO WORTH EVERY PENNY FOR THE QUALITY YOU GET, u get what u pay for. Buy expensive last longer, any issues take back and they correct the issue,.even supply a temporary boot for the time being while your boots are getting re-serviced!! Awesome! Best work boot store around!! No.complaints, ive had my work boots for over a year and they are still awesome and comfortable.

I highly recommend the store in Sheboygan, WI. Service was beyond excellent. Gerardo is friendly and very knowledgeable as well. He fitted me and helped me pick the right boots for the right job. This is where I will make my future purchases whenever I am able to because they always treat the customer with respect and excellent service. Also, Red Wing boots take great pride in their craftsmanship and the boots are really comfortable, just what I need on 10 to 12 hour shifts . I am one satisfied customer.

By far the best place to get work boots at great prices! The owner sat down with me for over an hour getting the perfect fit! I haven’t ent walked right in 6 years and I walked out completely normal! The owner is super smart and super helpful! Words cannot express how amazing this store is!

Feet have never felt better! I do landscaping and I'm on my feet all day and all different terrains and temperatures. Tanner did an excellent job helping me find my forever boots. When they're more comfortable than sneakers you know you've got good boots. P.S. You get what you pay for!!!
