We all hate waiting for hours at the cellphone provider store. Well let me tell you the staff and management at this location were FIVE STAR! Extremely helpful and fast with switching to their service, walking me through each step, and making this a painless experience. They’re knowledgeable regarding current promotions and were able to find further savings on my bill that the customer service department had missed. Thank you, Sir Will and crew! I definitely recommend for cell and home internet needs.

Jamil, Mark, & Willie were very friendly & helpful & PATIENT with this 55+ client who still doesn’t know the jargon. They helped me reset my password & explained how to reset my internet. They even went so far as to say that if I still didn’t get the internet , to bring the unit back in & they’d reset that for me also.
With service like this, I don’t think I’ll miss my former carrier at all.

I loved the vibes in this sprint store- the staff were very friendly and willing to assist me right away. Excellent costumer service by Eric and Andre. I went in to upgrade my phone and they provided me with a wide range of options, while keeping my budget in mind. They also provided me with great deals on a case and screen protector. I will definitely be going to this Sprint store every time I need assistance with my sprint account.

The manager there, Will, gave me some tremendous customer service. Even pushed me to another store to be more convenient to me and forgo any commission/sales states for themselves. I asked a lot and he worked hard to get me the best rate possible.

We came in to this store hoping to achieve getting an upgrade of one phone and getting another one for myself. And John exceeded that our expectations and walked us both through transferring over our phones. When I pre ordered my phone, Eric was very helpful. The phone arrived as scheduled and when I came in, they activated the phone very quickly. The new ownership, management, and staff seem to be taking this store in the right direction when it comes to customer service. The store was clean, easily accessible, and I like the fact that they have actual demo phones that turn on, as opposed to other retail stores that have the plastic, non-working demo phones. Overall, the experience of getting a new phone has been great at this location. I recommend this specific store.

The manager helped switch our entire family's phone plan from at&t to sprint and helped us all pick new phones. It was quick, easy and a great deal. I am glad we went to this store, the new staff is excellent!

The store manager was the best sprint worker I've ever dealt with. I was having trouble with my data, and he walked me through some settings, fixed it. Then talked to me about how great my s9 camera was. He then proceeded to show me how to use all the pro features and I have been taking such amazing pictures! Thanks bud!

I stopped into this Sprint store right after they reopened from being closed due to Covid 19. The service representatives Kayla and Meza were beyond helpful and patient with me. I bought a new phone and they assisted me with moving everything over. I left that Saturday morning appreciating all there help and wonderful customer service. Go to this sprint store in Sheboygan. I love that this sprint store is even closer to my house and they are very mindful with wearing masks and distancing measures for keeping everyone safe.

Just left this store and this is the best experience I have had with sprint by far. All the employees in this store were helpful, attentive and kind. They answered all questions directly with no round-about answers. (Which we had gotten a lot of from different stores from other areas) highly recommend visiting this Sprint store.

Aaron was excellent; you were welcomed, and gladly assisted. Coming from someone who sells phones, and plans for phones, he does his job very well. He's knowledgeable about what he's selling, and you'd better be if you're going to create good customer experiences. I'm glad to say I've had one.

Was quite surprised by how lenient Sprint is with those with un-spectacular credit. I ba e a 580 credit score at the time I write this, and I'm loving my Note 8 that I paid $150 down for. During the activation process, I was ha we'd a phone to verify my information. The person I spoke to was American as far as I could tell, and was very pleasing to work with.

John Paul was very helpful because he spoke enough Spanish to help me get through a phone activation and his service was excellent. The store was very sanitary and conscious of social distancing.
