Great store with an amazing selection of board games. They also have consignment sales and the process is very smooth and you receive store credit. The prices are fair and the staff is extremely nice.

We ordered last minute the week before Christmas, fully expecting anything we ordered to arrive after the new year. Even with clearly communicated processing/shipping delays the board game arrived a few days ago, well ahead of schedule. Packaging was great and the board game in perfect condition. Thank you!

This is definitely my favorite boardgame/card game shop. They have always been super helpful, and quick to answer any questions. When I want a game this is the place I go!

Recently ordered during their new website sale and I was surprised by the quality of shipping. I ordered the Carcassonne big box and Century Golem which are very different size games. Despite the shipping being free they used plenty of bubble wrap on every side of each game that ensured they got to my house in one box undamaged. Best packing I've seen so far and I would highly recommend ordering games from them!

Nice selection, reasonable prices, clean and tidy storefront, helpful friendly staff. My experience with their online customer service has been nothing but positive. They've always responded within a day to any messages I've sent them. There's some nice sales available online if you're interested in being thrifty. Fun social media presence and frequent contests and give-aways make them worth following. Very positive part of the local hobby game ecosystem. Highly recommended, I always try to visit when I am in Appleton.

Everything about my experience with Boardlandia was positive! The prices and the customer service were fantastic! The games were very well packaged. I was originally going to buy just one game from them but saw they also had another my sons wanted so bought that, too! I highly recommend them!

This is an amazing store and exceeded all my expectations! It was very clean, well organized, and smelled amazing. The staff were very friendly and didn't bother us while we browsed. The two used games we purchased were in amazing shape and were exactly as described. The new game we got was also perfect. The only thing I would change would be stocking more base games. There were a lot of expansions that looked interesting but the base games were not also available. I can completely understand that though as small shops have to be particular with the stock they carry. We will definitely be returning!

I have never been to the store physically, but I have spent $100s of dollars on their online store. Let me tell you that these guys have all the options you could want and their customer support is fantastic. I have gotten all my stuff on time with no problems or damages, and the fact that they take preorders and hold it for you is fantastic.

To go back to their customer support, I was $0.08 cents short of free shipping, so I reached out and asked if it was possible to get it because I was so close, I even said I'll round up the order if it makes things easier. All they did was give me a code that gave me the free shipping for being so close. I honestly didn't expect it cause a lot of the times stores are super greedy with your money. Not only did they do that, but their rewards program is great! If you spend a fair amount of money here, you get $10 off every now and then. It's not much, but combined with their frequent sales it's really nice!

Boardlandia is everything that game stores should strive to be. They don't overcharge you, they care about their customers, and their quality of care and service is remarkable. You're doing yourself an active disservice by not giving them your business.

Ordered a few games. Quick shipping and best prices for the games compared to other reputable online stores. Ended up returning one game because I was gifted a copy of one of the games I ordered. Return was easy and money was quickly put back into my account.

Best place for prices and great customer service I changed from primary buying from Miniature Market to buying exclusive from Boardlandia now. They are much more engaged with their customers then any of the other competitive game stores making them feel like a Mom & Pop even when online.

This was one of the nicest looking and cleaniest game shops I've ever been to. Prices seemed on par with other shops and I enjoyed the selection of games and trading cards. The play room was pretty spacious and the whole store had a great atmosphere. I hope to visit again with some friends in tow to check out the demo games available!

Started ordering from them during a shortage of Star Wars Armada a while back, as reddit had found a few peices there. Since then I have been ordering everything for all my games from them. Even over my local shops. They are fantastic at keeping stock, if it's available anywhere it's probably here. Karissa sends weekly store updates, which Includes release dates. I fully recommend them.

They are a shop truly for the board game community. If you're new to gaming they have tons of great entry level games, are always ready with excellent recommendations, and are willing to teach you. If you're a bit more experienced they have many of the lastest hard to find games at great prices. If not for sale they will often have a demo copy you can play. In the event they don't have a game in stock email them the game and they respond very quickly. I have yet to request a game they could not get me with in days or at the least pre-order for me. Their pricing is very competitive and worth every penny. If local to the fox valley stop in and check it out, I guarantee you will not leave without playing at least one game. If buying online I highly recommend making them your first stop before any other site.

Hands down the best game store in the Fox Valley. I've been buying my games from Boardlandia for years. They consistently meet or exceed my customer expectations. Great prices, clean store, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of games in store and many more available for order.

Great selection, very good prices. Very fast responses from the team if you need to email support. I've never had a problem with this store. My only regret is that I'll probably never get to visit in person. Shout out to Mandy for being so helpful and going the extra mile to help me!
