Walgreens

So I can only review from my personal experience. This Pharmacy experience was good. The Pharmacist Crystal G. was polite. The first experience with a Pharmacist who had a personality. The team working with her were also pleasant (cashier). Pleasant and very helpful. I appreciate that being I was not feeling well. Thanks!

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with the pharmacist assist whose name was Sophia. She made sure I was taken care of and unlike the other assistants who could not take the time to work with me to find a generic treatment that would allow my insurance to cover it. She took her time and got it done. Thank you so. I have Sophie.

They always have good sale and the customer service is great.

This Walgreens is to be commended, especially management. Compared to the other Walgreens by Flatlands, this one is a gem. I was in there earlier, and within minutes of being in the store the line jumped from 3 people to about 15. The cashier who was ringing up customers called for help and within less than a minute 3 cashiers came to aide ( including manager). I applaud this store and their customer service skills. They work as a team, to ensure the customers are dealt with in a timely manner. And they are friendly, telling you to have a great day. I had to write this review, because going to this Walgreens on Rockaway and Ave M was like a breath of fresh air compared to the other. Clearly this manager should be training the one in the other Walgreens. 🗣5 ⭐s.

Pharmacy personnel are wonderful!! Only downfall is the restroom is horrendous. That's minor to the great customer service I always experience when I go for my meds
