Harbor Freight Tools

Needed to pick up a few items and I was quickly welcomed by Michelle that was very knowledgeable and quick to check if an item I was asking about may have just been delivered by truck earlier in the day. I was happy to find out that it was. She is an awesome employee. She is amazing at her job.

Went in today to pre-order 2 tool chests and pick up some hand tools and I cannot stress that it was my best experience in a Harbor Freight EVER. I was greeted by "As" (Oz?) who was kind and helpful, answered all my questions and made the entire process easy and pleasant. The cashier, whose name I didn't catch, was also very nice. The store was clean and organized which is also a refreshing change from many other Harbor Freights. 10/10 will shop here again.

A collection of many tools and a friendly staff to figure out what you need. Ample parking. Reasonably priced. My favorite place to find tools.

I have to remember to go to Harbor Freight before going to home depot or lowes. They have most of the same items at much lower costs.

Had a negative experience in a different store and called the Milford store to help me. Lee was amazing. He helped us with a missing part to a Lath and his customer service skills were fabulous. Will be going out of my way to use the Milford store from now on!

Even if you don't think you need tools go in an look you're going to find something you like you can spend $1,000 in that place and walk out with a few shopping carts full they have it all and you could complain like all only did the job once but it did do the job once nobody can beat their deals

Got to love Harbor Freight! It's one of those sites you go to because you need a 2.00 funnel but you leave with 40.00s worth of things you could use. Great location and is easy to get to from local towns cities. Parking is simple, lot is well maintained. Newer location, clean store, well stocked, knowledgeable staff that also is helpful when you'd like help.

Was just in the store this morning and was not happy at all...after going to the store 3 times for one item they were still out of stock...was told it would be in today. The manager and her team recognized my frustration and found a great solution for me that really didn't cost any more then the other saw. She (the manager is assume) made sure I had everything I needed and offered to look out for inventory on the other saw. Thanks so much. I wish I had your name but good customer service is hard to come by today and you really went above and beyond to make a crappy experience great!

This is my favorite place to buy tools for my DIY projects! Hardware, auto stuff, moving materials, generators .... Great price! Discounts, coupons, and a lot more. Do not forget to look for the discounts and coupons on their website before going shopping at a local store near you. Absolutely love it!

These prices are insane.. want an example.. how about a 1/2 inch hammer drill for 36$. I need this for an install of a swimming pool safety cover... I'll pass the savings to the customer.. then there are the crazy coupons with 20 percent discount.. also there is pick a free item on the page.. I don't know how they do it..also greeted twice and store was organized.. enjoy.....

Harbor freight has just about every home gamer/ weekend warrior tool you will ever need and much more. It also is a great place for diy mechanics and the real techs out there who need something on the spot. Everything is greatly priced. There are some not so great quality things in the store but there are also some great quality things you'd pay 4x the amount somewhere else for. In my own opinion you can go buy only snap on tools and pay them off for the rest of time or just go check them out and make a decision for yourself before you bash what they offer, which just about everything in the place is lifetime warrantied, so break it bring it right back in and grab a new one. That's all!
