Customer service could have been friendlier but it’s okay. They accepted my UPS package which was what I needed and asked me for my contact information in order to update me on its whereabouts. Took less than 2 minutes.

Always find what I need and more. Looks like they are redesigning the window aisle.

The customer service that they have at this place is awful. They don’t give back refunds when it’s the cashier makes a mistake with the price. I bought something worth only $3 and the person behind the counter charged me 9 TIMES THE AMOUNT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE MY DEAD GRANDMOTHER WOULDN’T MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE THAT. But even then I understand mistakes happen but when it’s clearly the cashier’s fault you have to make it right by giving the customer back their money. Also they have a big attitude problem. I still don’t have my refund and some people in that job need to be fired because a mistake like that is insane. And also they blame customers for their own mistakes. I would like to speak with a manager today to resolve this issue. Now I CAN’T GO TO WORK.

I had a package delivered to this UPS access point. My package had a hole in it and my 2 Versace sunglasses were stolen from the box. They attempted to give me an empty box and when confronted about it , they said call customer service.

They’re only good for convenience. Their customer service and attitude towards the community they serve leaves a lot to be desired especially from the store owner and one of the employees always starting arguments with people.
