The best Walmart experience ever! Tiffany kept her lane open this morning, so I could engage with a human and not a machine. She was friendly and helpful. Great job, Tiffany!

I went to this Walmart this past weekend when I encountered a medical emergency. The staff kept me safe and got me medical (ambulance) assistance. The entire time I was unconscious and armed, it was reported that it appeared that I was having a seizure . My firearm was handed over to the hospital security and kept in a safe until my discharge my medical condition had to do with vertigo which causes you to lose your balance and when it hit me it happened so fast I didn’t even know I had lost my balance and hit my head knocking me out. I don’t recall the fall and the are big gaps that I can’t explain but I am glad that I had Walmart to keep me safe until help was able to get there.

I mean, it's Walmart. Has what you need and what you want. Get in and get out. Have a list and make a plan. No mucking about. You hunt and gather what you are there for and leave. Then go do something better with your life.

experience here. Went in and got groceries for my truck. The employees were super nice people and helped me find what I needed.

I'm a truck driver, was passing through and parked behind the store out of the way. I was there for two days and nobody said anything to me, so I assume they're fine as long as you're not making a mess or in the way. Definitely check and make sure though!

Such a wide selection of a little of everything,at a very competitive price. Just wish they would go back to the pre Co-Vid hours of buisness.

I am so happy with the cake that Mike at the Alcoa Walmart helped me design for my 9 year old grandson, who was very specific about how he wanted his cake to look. This year he wanted everyone to know that he is a Gemini. Mike was able to piece together designs from a graduation cake and from the zodiac collections. It turned out perfect!

As always, I left with more than I went for. This is definitely one of the better run Wal-Marts around Knoxville.

It's Walmart - their pharmacy is the best I've used and working all over the country, and I can honestly say that. It is so amazing to be home.

I just made a phone call to electronics about an issue that I was having with my phone that I definitely did not expect the person at the counter. Whoever answered, would be able to help me because a lot of times when I go to the store and speak to electronics is a nightmare they don’t know what they’re doing or they’re nowhere to be found, especially when it comes to phones like buying phones especially and then like unless you get a good employee they can help you set it up. If you don’t know what you’re doing like I don’t ever do I’m a little older too old but I still don’t understand how to activate it Through calling them and all that because I’ve always done it at the store. Some of them will go out of their way so I know it’s possible but it’s usually a nightmare and I’m there half the day and with that being said I didn’t expect too much when I called because I had a couple of questions about a couple of different things one had to do with photos and , that’s because my phones acting a certain type of way and I may have to have it reset by the company or some thing and I did not want to lose my pictures so he gave me advice on what to do and how to make sure I get them saved, and again he was knowledgeable about the pictures. Questions I had and questions I had about if I bought more storage for my iCloud because when I reset this phone to stop this weird text message thing I’ve got going on I was afraid I might lose contacts in photographs and I just got back from a cruise not even a month ago so these pictures are precious to me so I was going to try to find a way to save them and print them and he helped me out with both.

I know how hard it is to find good help in electronics because of how it is when I try to go deal with it with anything in electronics a lot of them aren’t knowledgeable a lot of times it’s like you don’t see anyone there. You have to actually go ask somebody to track them down and if there is somebody there there’s only one or two people who are bombarded and you got a 50-50 chance if they’re even knowledgeable about anything. I have heard stories from the mouths of employees in the past years when I would go get a new cell phone and things like that and I’ve also seen on YouTube. I mean that many people can’t be lying about how Walmart treats, their employees and it’s sad because I know in electronics they really bust their butt, even if they’re not knowledgeable they’re trying at least Walmart do better. And I think this guy needs some type of recognition I’m sure I’m not the only person he’s been good to like that. See I called over the phone to talk to him, but he needs to be recognized or maybe even given a raise I don’t know how y’all do things around there, but I don’t normally write reviews on employees from anywhere unless they go above and beyond and I feel like things need to be said I’m not a big review Rivera writer lol you know what I mean. I will be giving any Walmart shoppers. I know that needs to go to electronics. Just ask for Cory and see if he’s working that day. I will be spreading the words to my friends about that Walmart has a good guy working there that maybe they should try that Walmart first because of him if they need to deal with electronics

Love the do it yourself check out. Also, all companies who have self checkouts, should have the wands for east scanning, like Walmart does. It just makes no sense having to pick up heavy items to run across the glass window where it reads the scan. Kudos to Walmart for having these!!

... it's Walmart, what can you say, people wandering around like they're lost, blocking the aisles... transfixed by all the choices of salad dressing...

This review is for Walmart Alcoa Delivery. I do not shop in store or by pick up due to health reasons. I use Walmart delivery exclusively. I have been very pleased with delivery from this location. Delivery associates I have encountered have been pleasant and helpful. I make sure and order what I need and select appropriate substitutions. Since I am unable to shop in store I am delighted to have someone bring grocery items to my home and I always tip the delivery associates.

So it’s Walmart. There’s not much to say. If you need nail polish remover, bug spray, Gatorade, cheese puffs, a bubble envelope, bubbles, and bubble gum then this place has it. Comes with a teenager who knows exactly where the nail polish remover is located. Thanks Kyle!

Walmart+ has been a huge help!!! Being able to shop online keeps me from all those impulse purchases and saves me money. If I do pick up the associates are always nice and pleasant and when I do delivery they drivers are always courteous and never complain about having to carry the groceries up the flight of stairs to my front door. I've never had a problem with them picking my produce or meats and my purchases are always accurate.

They had what I was looking for with no line for checkout. I needed help and found someone easily who got me right where I needed to be. Good selection on bread. Some fun clearance items. Wasn't too busy.

I got a cake for my son & daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner. It was so good! Everyone loved it. (I got the topper from Etsy.)

This is such a well stocked Walmart. Employees always very helpful. However, Walmart should deal immediately with not enough cashiers. This trip I waited in line for 25 minutes. Last trip two weeks ago about 30 minutes. Many people can't stand that long in a line.

I had checked online they had what I needed. A nice young man helped me to find it in the store. The store was very clean and the shelves well organized. I used self checkout and I was on my way. It was a pleasant experience.
