We had a great experience at Rick McGill’s. They were very transparent with pricing, but were also willing to work with us. They communicated as needed while we waited for our vehicle to arrive at the dealership and we felt well informed. Audrey Hopkins was fantastic. She was warm, friendly, extremely thorough and just easy to work with. If we need another car in the future we will definitely come to her. We are thrilled with our new 4Runner and would definitely recommend Rick McGill’s to anyone in the market for a car.

We were in the market for a family vehicle. Our final purchase was a 2024 Grand Highlander Limited from Rick McGill’s Airport Toyota. Love this vehicle! Lots of upgrades as compared to our 2021 Highlander Limited (also a great vehicle!) The Grand upgrades: more spacious, a smoother slightly taller ride, improved comfy seats, new easy to read displays, latest tech, gorgeous functional interior, and a stunning exterior design. Totally impressed! Our sales consultant Alex Miller was very knowledgeable and honest. We’re so grateful for his efforts to help us get this vehicle. This is our 2nd vehicle purchase from Alex and 4th from this dealership. We’ve always received fair market pricing for our trade in and on the new purchase. Very happy doing business with them and the whole family loves this ride!

This was by far the greatest experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Such an incredible staff to work worth. Sales manager James Howard, was incredibly prompt and friendly. He made our experience a breeze. He turned us over to our salesman Nick Creamer, and it was the same scenario. We made over an hour drive to do business here. We are so glad we did. We purchased this vehicle site unseen. It was exactly what we expected, except my wife said it was even prettier in person. We loved the fact that there was no nonsense. A lot of times you go to dealerships and they swarm you and are pushy, but that’s not the case here. We will most definitely be repeat customers. Thank you for this easy experience. Happy wife, happy life, and this guy is living a happy life.

My experience with Alex Miller was one of the most pleasant I have ever had buying a vehicle! He was always pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful. He managed to get me exactly what I wanted and kept in touch with me each step of the way.

I am always treated like some VIP (which I am not) when ever I come to Rick McGill's! I have had the pleasure of having Dawn take care of me each time I come there. Whe my Maint. light came on she made room for me to come the very next day and is always finding ways to keep my bill down. I worked with Aaron, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff. The whole car buying process took me 3 hours. Aaron kept me updated about the status of the car delivery. I will be back the next time I’m in the market.

Rick McGill's service center gave me great service. My car had trouble while 1 hour away in Pigeon Forge, and Terry Sparks helped me troubleshoot over the phone for 30 minutes to get it running again. I brought it in the next day and they got everything repaired and were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

I was shopping around for a Tacoma for my wife. I should explain that I'm that guy that goes straight into a$$hole mode when a salesperson approaches me before I even get out if the vehicle. In fact, I ended up telling 2 other places to pound sand at their hard press sales people. I was tired as we pull into the Rick McGill's. We stopped next to some Tacomas and were sizing them up. This is when Jeremy approaches me and asks how I'm doing. I let him know I was just looking around. He gave a perfect response and I knew immediately he was not one of those pushy sales people. I had no intention on talking to anyone, just looking. I ended talking with Jeremy for about 30 minutes or so. No pressure at all. We went back 4 days later and bought our Tacoma from Jeremy simply because of his phenomenal customer service! He took the time to go through the trucks on the lot, the ones coming in, and what next year's models are. If you are in the market for a Toyota, I highly recommend searching Jeremy out and working with him. We are loving our Tacoma TRD Pro

Audrey made the car buying process simple and enjoyable. She didn’t bury me with facts and concentrated on what my needs were in specific when it came to discussing features and benefits of the car I ended up getting. The entire staff was kind and understanding when I had questions, and didn’t attempt to hard-sell or steer me towards decisions. Audrey walked me through the set-up process and made sure everything was working smoothly so I didn’t have to figure out functions on the fly for my new car. Overall I can’t recommend Audrey and the team at Rick’s Airport Toyota highly enough!

I am from Connecticut and was driving down on a Friday to go to the Tennessee Vols game on Saturday. I had a tire blow out halfway down and was scrambling to try and find a dealer who had a tire in stock and would be able to get it on that day so I could relax and enjoy the rest of my trip. After calling multiple dealers who either didnt have the tire in stock or were incapable of facilitating an appointment until Saturday or Monday, I finally got in touch with Rick Mcgills Airport Toyota. From the initial phone call it was clear they wanted to do their best to help me in a stressful situation. I am pretty sure they stayed late and Matt had me in and out within an hour and I cannot thank them enough. Their attentiveness and empathy truly showed.

Alex Miller was great from the get go! He listened to what we were looking for as well as stayed well within our price range and did it al without being pushy about anything outside of that, all while being very thorough about all the details of the car to the paperwork, He was top tier! The experience with buying here especially with Alex, was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had!

Service visit. Did not have an appointment but stopped in on the fly to see if I could get in for a desperately needed oil change and tire rotation. No problem. They fit me in and I was in and out in under an hour! Great customer service!
