Pilot Travel Center

Big store & clean. Well stocked. Clean restrooms. Friendly personnel. Lots of hot & cold on-the-go foods. Hot food buffet, was a lil empty on some but still quite a lot of choices. Cinnabon. Subway. Dunken. Lots of snacks & treats. Souvenirs. Homemade baked goods. Clothing. Toys. Truck supplies. Big cement lot. Didn’t use showers or laundry. Nice place for a lunch stop, fuel or overnight. Thanks pilot!

Being from Atlanta never been in a Pilot gas station or Travel Center. We where coming from PA three full buses around 150 people and this place was a great experience with the customer service, I guess they are used to have bunch of people at the same time. Here you can find souvenirs, food and they have a section for stuff for cars I mean you name it oil, cleaning products etc..
Over all a great place to stop for a long drive.

We stayed here for the night. We did reserve a spot and had no trouble finding the reserved spots. There is security, and they ride around. I noticed they made another truck driver move since he was not in an actual parking spot. The staff seemed friendly.. The women's bathrooms 🚻 were clean. The store looked to be stocked well and had hot food out. We didn't eat any but it was there. Would stay here again if in the area.

Had a great ride here and found a open parking spot. The Subway sandwich was freshly made and the service was fast and the ingredients to make the sandwich was top notch. The shower area is clean and there are a couple washer and dryer s. They are so impressive, they have a self and fast check out line. I really enjoyed that. There are many things on the shelves to look at and buy. Many small fast and small restaurants in the area of the truck parking lot. I was even lucky enough to find this and I'm so excited to pass it on... Will you be the next to find it?

Brittany was The Most patient employee I've witnessed at any Truck Stop. There was a gentleman taking up so much of her time & causing people to wait, without a care.

Great, quick stop. Close to interstate. Not a lot of parking but plenty of pumps. Bathrooms are very nice. There are many food selections including fresh baked goods. The Cinnabon inside makes it smell amazing.

I liked the parking, plenty of space go in and out of spots and lots of them. The only problem for some spots is when other drivers create their own parking overnight and make it difficult to get out.

The store has 3 self check out, convenient for coming in and out quickly. Showers were great, I had 3 different rooms during my stay and all had instant hot water. They have their built in seating and sinks have deep wells for those wanting to wash their face in. Food in here is okay, but I liked how they had local baked goods for sale. I wonder if their only customers are local police, haha. There's restaurants within walking distance if you prefer a proper meal or just use the subway in-store. As for service, no complaints here. I haven't seen a long wait line yet for showers or at cashier.

I go here every morning to get fresh baked goods and drinks on my way to work.
They also have a subway and a Cinnabon inside.

Decent spot kinda busy clean restroom when I went🤣then went to subway to make my own stuff 🙃 and this lady didn't heat up my 🥓 well I 😒 guess you gotta spell it out forem.

When I got there. They had plenty of parking. Around 5 pm there was not many open places to chose from.
The showers were clean and the store was well stocked. And the workers acted like they cared about the drivers needs.
I know I will be back again. Subway was the only choice for food. But pilot had a good selection on the warm food side..

Good truck stop. Clean. But after 18:00 fill up very fast with trucks.

Can't go anywhere without stopping in at one of our favorite places to take a walk and stretch a leg from driving. Not to mention use the ladies room. But mainly get fueled up with go go juice. Petrol for the car and coffee and water for the occupants. Always happy to stop by. Thanks for the hospitality 😊👍😁.

I can never really explain why, but I live this place. They serve my all time favorite coffee, excluding Cheesecake Factory only. Not sure what it is, but prefer it to all others. I am not a fan of newest individual fresh brew option, however. They are always kind, cheerful, friendly, and quick. They try to keep it a clean experience. You never know what you may find there or who you may meet. I met a guy on one of my last visits from Belarus who told me he was a believer and Jesus is real. Awesome!!

Great staff, good coffee, easy access to various fast food restaurants. Truck parking for approximately 50 tractor trailers. Spots are tight, difficult at night, Not rookie friendly. Pull thru's available if you arrive early.

They were super friendly and helpful. When the man at the gas station across the street wouldn't let me use the microwave for something I had purchased elsewhere, even though I was getting gas, I looked up and said oh, I thought I was a pilot. So I went over there and the manager said he had no problem with my using theirs and said to let him know if I needed help with anything else. 😊
