Food City

Food city is my favorite place to shop for groceries specifically. They have one of the best rewards programs I've ever seen, which comes with a lot of deals as well, which are significant discounts. Best part, it works at their gas pump!

Favorite grocery store in town! Great prices, great food and great service! It's rare that I ever have any issues here!

Excellent, as always. Produce and Meat departments were fresh and well stocked. The Deli staff were super friendly and helpful. My cashier rang up my order quickly and efficiently. The bagger used way too many bags for my large order. Many items were bagged individually. Just seemed wasteful.

They've always been really nice and helpful here at this location. It's appreciated. Grocery shopping with little ones can be frustrating enough as is at times so it's a relief to get some help when you make a mistake checking out or something by an understanding kind person.

Went late evening 5/28/23 to this Food City. The store was very slow not allot of customers. I have a spinal disability, so I only had 3 items and I needed help with my order and there was no attendant at check out. I looked around and noticed 3 employees, the only one's in sight all laughing and talking in the little customer service booth. One of them eventually made eye contact and he whispered to another, about me looking at them. After a couple mins one of them without speaking to me just walked towards me looking at me. I spoke and told her what I needed. She punched in somethings into the computer then walked away. It was very uncomfortable. This was something I felt I should mention in a review.

A great place to shop especially when items you need are on sale. I think they are higher on prices than other stores. I do shop their sales. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Everyone here is awesome! Especially that Andrew guy that works Night Stock, yeah he's cool. 😆🤭

When people ask me why I shop at Food City, it is because of things like this, they make accommodations like alcohol free wine so we don't have to shop at other stores. You can talk with management and see real changes.

Food City is my favorite grocery store. Live been a loyal customer for over 20+yrs. Stores are always clean and the employees are always well mannered and polite and willing to help and assist in any way.

I like food city stores clean .friendly and well stocked

This particular food City is always stocked well and very clean. It is the only store we have in the strawberry plains exit / area , store #655 , so with that being said yes they keep our store fully stocked well hourly. On occasion the even cook ribs from the meat department and sell them already made and seasoned from a booth outside up front of the building which is a plus if you don't have time to cook. Customer service is super friendly, and management is excellent. So I hope this review helps someone. Any questions just ask away. I'm a former employee from 20 years ago and an everyday shopper since then.

In and out fast self check out is great, cashiers very friendly. New layout is great.

Always clean 👌 and that is VERY IMPORTANT now with the Flu returning to our region. Love that I get the coupons I have earned at checkout. Blaine' s food city does not give them for some reason , so I will continue to go to other food city stores even when I pass our Blaine Food City.
