Office Depot

I had a last minute print job for an event, while the event was in progress. Rushed to Office Depot (Alcoa, TN) where the gentleman in the printing department immediately sprang into action and fulfilled the order for me. I don’t know if he had any other jobs in the queue to be done but he helped me and provided professional results very quickly.

We recently had our business PC go out and my wife is a therapist who works from home and relies on her PC. So, it happened without warning and I checked our local Alcoa Office Depot and saw that they'd what I needed. I went and inquired about the one I needed. Tammy was available and took her time out to answer questions for me and walk back to retrieve our new Dell PC. She was very helpful and kind, even though they were busy. I felt very cared for. Again, after getting the PC I realized our printer didn't support our new PC operating system. So, I called and inquired about a printer that would work. I went down and once again Tammy helped me get what I needed. She has such a good, friendly, professional attitude. I unfortunately got home and setup the new printer only to realize the feeder wasn't working. So, I went back to exchange it for one that worked. The staff was excellent and apologetic for the issue. I felt very cared for and listened to. They got another printer and took care of me. Tammy, once again was involved and was very helpful. It's really nice doing business in a store where people care about their customers.

Elizabeth was so helpful and kind. I had no idea what I was doing. I was feeling very overwhelmed and she went above and beyond to help me. I'll honestly never forget the incredible experience I had. Highly recommend.

I cannot Thank Sean in the printing area for all his assistance with helping me print programs. He was so helpful and gave great explanations on the paper choices. Found a paper cutter at a reasonable price at Office Depot. I needed a paper cutter to cut up some paper for making scratch pads.

Went to order business cards at Office Depot. Had 5 different ones, all similar but not the same. Jarred, a tech advisor, came to see what I needed. He ended up resetting the entire card, printed it and kept at it until I was 100% satisfied! Never made me feel rushed or pressured. Worked very hard in a personal but professional manner and I left with 500 business cards custom made just for me! A most valuable asset to OD and a sterling example of customer service! Could not have been more pleased or satisfied!

I cannot adequately express how much I love the team at this store! Every member consistently creates a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in a perpetually demanding job, regardless of how many customers he/she is serving (and it's usually multiple simultaneously). They deserve appreciation, recognition, and cookies with fries brought to them on a regular basis! Thank you so much to the people who make a large store feel like a village market every day of the week!

Looked everywhere in town for a compatible cover for my IPad and no one had it except, Office Depot/OfficeMax and at a great price.
Sales person led me right to what I needed. Quick/easy and out the door.
