Harbor Freight Tools

Tonight I had a good experience at this store. I called inquiring about a spark plug spark checker and had a nice interaction on the phone with a man. It turned out when I went to the store to get what I was after he happened to be the one who waited on me at the checkout. I'm not sure if he was a manager or not but he definitely should be. It was one of the most polite gentle interactions I've had with anyone in a long time and a cash register. I could tell this was a non-confrontational person and he cared about his customers and he also liked his job. He pointed me to the aisle where I could find what I was after and then when I checked out I left feeling valued as a customer and as a person. His name is Ryan and I hope that is supervisor see this and acknowledge the positiveness he provided in my visit to this store.

Love the place, everthing is cheap priced considering. they always have decent stuff for what I'm doing with it, it'll last forever. It may not be the considered the best brands in the world but they work good. I'm happy with the place and everything I have bought there functioned as it should. The employees are always helpful

The pictures are their Bauer angle grinders with aftermarket miter saw kit and the other is in a skill saw converter kit or angle grinder. The other is a 12-in chainsaw attachment for angle grinder which can be ordered from Amazon. Harbor freights angle grinders work great on all three of these aftermarket attachments

Great interaction with manager who helped fix inventory problem. Received online promotional email. Checked inventory, and was in stock. Had all of one day to get there to make purchase, and save an additional 25%.

Arrived only to be told item was NOT in stock, and they hadn't even received it yet, despite the promotion ending that day. Manager found different color of same item in the back, and agreed to match price, and allow me to use my coupon.

Very happy with the interaction, and service from this store. If I were reviewing the online inventory issues with Harbor Freight Tools they would have received 2 stars. Nothing more frustrating that inventory saying your store doesn't have it, so drive 15 miles across town to this other store only to find out inventory isn't correct.

The store itself gets five stars, and is recommended for how they handled the issue.

Harbor Freight is excellent all the time just like they have been since they opened I appreciate all the products that they sell!! They are always the first place I check with when I need some kind of tool.

Great location to get tools for almost any job trade/skill out there. They have very reasonable prices, clearance items at time as well. Very clean and organized store with friendly and helpful staff definitely will be back.

Been going to this story since I was a little kid with my father and grandfather to now me as a grown man taking my children.
Always been friendly employees to to me and my family. As a shade tree mechanic to now a diesel tech.
I have purchased a lot of tools from them. Never had any problems from this store.
If your gonna go to one store pick this one. Can’t beat the friendly service.

Employees were very helpful, I was looking for a portable air pump to take with me on vacation, in case I had flat or something I could fix with the airpump. They told me which one they suggested to be the best for the best price. And it should last and not be cheap. It was a pleasure shopping there cause usual. My problem is I want to spend too much money there lol.

Tools of all sorts at reasonable prices. Helpful personnel.

Found what I needed and with discounts and membership it was more then 50 percent off ... Approved 😁... Update I just left there a happy man once again.. went looking for a tool and ended up with a few more items . The sales they run are amazing

This store is very clean and organized. My husband loves this store. Great selection and prices. If you need batteries this is the place to go. They have a 24 pack of AA and AAA for $2.99 each. The C's and D's come in packs of 8 for $2.99 and they last forever. I've used the same batteries in my Christmas stuff and have not changed them so far and they've been in the stuff since Thanksgiving. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Been a HF customer for many years the icon brand of sockets is on par with many of the top brands, the US general boxes are great, lots of value to be had here. I have built multiple cars with harbor freight tools over the years. Highly recommend them. The prices are amazing

I got a electric welder for 100 dollars and it works pretty good for small things.

Great place for one-time use tools, but they have stepped up their quality over the last 10 years with the Icon, Doyle, and Hercules tool lines.

My dad love harbor freight and I went to find a father's day gift. The workers were very helpful about helping me find what I was looking for and reminded me about my coupons. It was a busy place that day but was well stocked.
