Brenda helped my elderly family member with compression hose and taught us how to don the stockings. She was super patient, knowledgeable and kind. She is an example of what extraordinary customer service looks like. We had a great experience!

We stopped here on way home from orthopedics department at Duke to get a couple of items recommended by the doctor. The saleswoman couldn't have been nicer, more helpful or more knowledgeable!! Walking is hard for me so we especially appreciated her leading us directly to the "knee" section to avoid unnecessary walking(= pain).

Prices were lower than expected and we were able to easily use our insurance rewards card.

First time I went to this place today. I looked up the name on the Google search. I was extremely satisfied and gratified that the store turned out to be much more than I expected. The entrance looks really small but once you are inside it is a huge collection of items which you may need any for health issues. The person who helped me, Brenda , was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any medical supplies or surgical supplies at any time. My mother (age 92) needed a new walker. The help we got from Heather was superb. She is knowledgeable and patient. Even had a tape measure in her pocket and was able to help my mother find the right size, right height and right price for her new walker. Heather even volunteered to "recycle" the old, falling-apart walker for us. Excellent service, excellent value for your money.

As a new, full-time caregiver for elderly parents, I've come to appreciate the helpful and friendly staff at Medical Supply Superstore.

In December, they helped us choose and secure a home hospital bed for my Mom, which they delivered and installed on a tight schedule between our medical appointments and clinic visits.

In June, when Mom needed a better sleep surface, their insurance expert Kellie spent ten minutes walking me through the complex Medicare rules about what kind of mattress or pad Mom could qualify for. In the end, she recommended that we purchase a highly rated and economical pad via Amazon, because Mom didn't qualify for insurance coverage on the items sold at the Superstore. Kellie saved a ton of time for me (and my Mom's doctors) that we would have spent trying (and failing) to get a mattress approved through Medicare. She also saved us time and money by pointing us to a good pad at Amazon (that the Superstore didn't sell). Afterward, one of Kellie's colleagues talked me through the process of taking wheels off the hospital bed so it would be shorter and better for my 4'6" Mom.

I'm so impressed and grateful that the Superstore folks are so helpful, even when we're not buying anything from them.

Since my 94 year old Mom had a stroke a couple of years ago, Chris and the entire staff (yes, EVERY single person there in every role!) have become my Go To Team for troubleshooting my Mom’s needs. They’re not just stocking and selling the best equipment, they know what’s needed to help patients. I’m always impressed with their knowledge snd genuine helpful demeanor.

Several years ago I suffered a badly sprained ankle. Upon the recommendation of a friend from church, my wife drove me to the store in search of a compression stocking. After a bit of a wait, a staff member came to the car to measure me for the best fit and showed us how to put on the stocking (not a trivial task).

I went in to find a supportive neck pillow to use in my car. They were very helpful. They also let me take the pillow out to my car to try before purchase. I will definitely go back.

The staff here was extra helpful and kind. We had a very good experience renting medical equipment from this store.

I could not have had a better experience. We rented a lift chair and had the chair delivered the very next day. The staff that delivered the chair were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The scheduled pickup was just as easy!!

This place is great! I needed a knee compression sleeve and the staff sat with me and helped the right one and the right size. I can't recommend them too highly!
