The staff at this location are truly helpful. I had called other places to get a photo enlarged and this was the only place that could help me in short notice. Sandra was exceptional! She took care of me right away and the pictures came out great =)

The staff here is exceptionally nice and helpful! I went in literally minutes before closing and was warmly greeted and was told someone would be with me shortly. To me, I find it extremely important for business associates to acknowledge new customers even when busy assisting someone else. An associate came to ask if I needed aassociates shortly thereafter and let me know I could take as long as I needed even though the store was technically supposed to be closed. Because of this superb customer service this will be my go to office supply store!

The Client Engagement Manager, LaSandra Giddings is fantastic. Any print jobs you have, she will listen and make sure you get exactly what you want. This is my favorite Office Depot because of LaSandra and her great staff.

This was my first visit at this Office Depot location. I was warmly greeted by Ms. LaSandra. She took care of ALL by business needs Professionally, quickly and with a smile. I was quickly helped "no long wait time"- A HUGE plus. The store is VERY beautiful, organized and that made it SO easy to find what I needed. 10+ Stars 🌟

I go to a lot of different Office Depot / Max locations in various states.
This location is my first time, and WOW!.... from the second you step in they greet, offer assistance, happily show you how to get your printed self serve copies, and more.....even handed me a copy paper bag to place my copies. Super friendly staff, .....literally is like if the store managers & team came from a Chick-fil-A operation.... AAA!

Office Depot and their employee Mack saved the day when I needed a project done for a last minute meeting. She was able to complete my order earlier than anticipated and her communication regarding my order was timely and extremely helpful! I will definitely use Office Depot in the future.

Came in today 4-1-2022 and the staff was amazing a patient. A lady came in the store with high energy and demanding, but the staff had patients with great customer service. Mr. Jason held his cool with the lady and was very nice a patient. Kudos to the Office Depot staff

To manager THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS LOCATION GREAT AGAIN!! really well trained and looking to help you from the time you enter the store. People don't seem annoyed with helping you look for the product that is going to work for you. also knows about the differences in prices and quality. I've had a previous bad experience at this store but this place earned back my business. also helped me with a water cooler that was damage and no one seemed to know what to do.

Best service. Not going anywhere else but this Store.

The crew at the Preston Center location was awesome

I needed to log in to my Gmail on their computer, find a PDF, print, sign, scan and send it back. The service was excellent, the whole thing took 5 minutes and best of all it cost 50 cents. The same experience in FedEx would have been $15. The next time I need any print and scan services, I'm going to Office Depot.
