I came here and was able to get my max win packed & sent off to Toronto. The UPS store was indeed not scared of the six.

Nice and easy process for a quick drop off service and a one day air delivery service. The lady stuff is efficient and makes me feel safe. FYI 3 customers at most in the store physically during pandemic, please be cautious! Respect!

I highly recommend this UPS store. It has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. The moment you walk in you are greeted and feel at home. They list out all your shipping options and give their professional advice to ensure you make the best choice for your shipment. It is a very professional and clean environment. They never disappoint!!!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED i'd give them 10 stars if i could. Made everything so easy & simply for me Julie was the sweetest soul made sure my package was going out immediately because i was so last minute great energy in the store no issues what so ever had an incident at the last UPS location & maria & stephanie were so patient & helped me fix it as if nothing ever happened. love this store definitely will be back even if it's just to say hi i'd trust them to ship me out if possible.

I’ve never had such exceptional service. This store really values their customers and gives fast and efficient service. You can tell the employees genuinely care about their customers and the presentation of the store. My packages were delivered earlier than expected and they were not damaged. I will coming back to this store!

I am a book publicist working remotely, and recently had to process over one hundred packages in a week's time. I have since gone back with additional packages on a daily basis for at least three weeks. The family that owns the UPS Store could not be friendlier or more efficient and helpful. Parking is easy as they are in a small shopping area, so there's no worry about finding a space on the street. If you have a package or need supplies, please make this your destination!

Owner is very friendly. She made me feel welcome dropping off my Amazon return here. I previously had a bad experience doing returns from Amazon in the Montclair location so I tried coming to this location instead. Thank you again!!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE! Extremely helpful! The new owner, Chris does whatever it takes to solve your shipping needs. He'll even help you carry your packages to your car! Not to mention he's also just a nice guy! I highly recommend THIS UPS Store for ALL your shipping needs.

Was there. Oct 1 2019. 11.05 Am. Heard bad raps about UPS stores in area. Walked in 2 girls both smiled said Good morning. Both super cheerful. Handed them a 47 pound box. No complaining. Whole process 7 secs. Repeat 7 secs. I understand one time visit. But based on those 2 girls. I shall return. Tremendous job

I have had the pleasure of visiting this store on two different occasions, the employee or manager that assisted me is Sam, she is always eager to help even before you have to ask...her warm genuine smile lightens my day even when the pressures of the day are at their peak.
