Great staff and great deli selection. The hot capicollo is excellent as well as their prosciutto. Even when it's busy the deli counter keeps up.

I love this place! So many amazing Italian foods that can not be found in your standard grocery store. I stop here several times a week for their hot food lunches that vary everyday. I highly recommend their meatball subs with a side of their fresh made desserts.

Love DeVitis - we did a catering order on a Saturday and Gina & Tammy were wonderful in assisting us. When we went to pick it up the entire staff was so helpful. Food was so fresh - everyone loved everything. We will be ordering from them again. I meant to take a picture but forget - everything also looked great.

What a great place!!! We ordered food for my mom's birthday and we were all very impressed. The staff is beyond friendly, and the store has lots of yummy looking food! I'll be back!!

Nice Italian market. Go here when you can find authentic Italian foods ready to eat or to cook with. Don't eat pork and they have the best (frozen) chicken Italian sausage I use in lasagna and other Italian dishes.

Legendary Akron business, a North Hill staple and simply the best Italian grocer. Everything is great.. Cold subs (the infamous Angelo’s Italian Hoagie) and salads, heat and eat meals, frozen meals, deli meats, desserts, sauces and dressings… it’s all fantastic.

My personal favorite are the Daily (Mon-Fri) hot lunches which are amazing- check their website to see what they have each day and don’t be afraid to try the “non-Italian” dishes. I average 2-3 hot lunches a week there and am always satisfied. I have too many “favorite” lunches to list but there are probably a dozen or so items in the rotation that I make it a point to go get when they are on the menu.

Fantastic staff, always friendly no matter how busy it is. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

There are plenty of homemade options to choose from. The tortellini salad is to die for.

This is a great family owned Italian speciality food store. Growing up in Michigan, there was an abundance of Italian owned mom and pop shops. Once I moved to Ohio, I was elated to find DeVitis Italian Market. Their foods are freshly prepared and their customer service is excellent. And once I tried their pasta sauce, I was hooked. If you are looking for some great Italian food, look no further than Devitis!

DeVitis Italian Market has THE best Italian sub I’ve ever had. If I was closer I’d go there every day for lunch. The staff are so friendly and courteous and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Everything I've bought so far has been nothing short but amazing.

I've never been to any Italian nonna's home for a meal, but I can imagine it would taste something similar to Devitis.

Also, go early for their daily specials as it does run out quickly.

My Husband brought home one of your homemade Sicilian pizza's and I'm in Heaven!! I used to go to Mazzones in cleveland for this pizza and they closed their doors 3 years ago and I was sad because I loved their pizza and now I can get it at your place!! Every thing we have tried from here is excellent. Fresh veggies, good selection of pasta's, sub sandwiches, salads, lunch meats and the antipasto is the BOMB!!!!!!!! Smells good in here.

What a treat to have a sub and pasta salad from DeVitis! I bought from Summa Akron City's cafeteria 😋 We have been to DeVitis many times when in the area and everything is always fresh and delicious. Shop here for som of your grocery and plan on having a delicious meal. From DIY to already made food, desserts.... yum!!

Great Italian foods. Fresh, hot or frozen. Many items to choose from.

There is no place on earth like DeVitis as soon as you walk in you smell the wonderful Italian quaze. Memories fill my head of holding my grandfather's hand as a little preschool girl and going in and picking out prosciutto, pepperoni, Moroccan olives, biscotti and hot bread!! I can't forget the years when my daughter was a teenager going in to pick up some hot bread, cannolis and pepperoni so we could eat it on the way home.We have to face it when you buy something at davita's we are never going to make it home without reaching in that bag,and buying their shirts that said got meatballs?,got sausage? LOL . Today I took my grandson that is 6 years old for the first time the aroma of the cheese and the wonderful food are just as wonderful as when I was his age and the food tastes the same which is so wonderful the Moroccan olives the mozzarella balls, cannoli and of course the candy. The price has gone up of course but my goodness the quality of the food has always been very consistent and wonderful.

The customer service was EXCELLENT! I bought a meatball sub and it was EXCELLENT and reasonably priced! They have groceries, hot foods, seasonings, deli, fruits, chips and even wine 🍷! You won’t be disappointed with this authentic family Italian experience!
