Went in yesterday, on Black Friday. I was one of two customers in the store. I was wearing an oversized hoodie, my husband's Crocs, jeggings, and yesterday's makeup brought to you by today's face (read: a bit dumpy, but not a horror).

I walked in and there was no greeting. I worked retail for almost 15 years, I get it. Sometimes you miss faking the "hi". My husband was shopping across the way and I wanted to do a quick fly by. I walked through the store, again, no acknowledgement or offer of help (fine). I grabbed two sweaters and went to cash out.
Associate: "_______"
Me:"Hi!"
Associate: "Have you shopped with us before?"
Me: "I think so? Here is my phone number"
Associate: "NEVERMIND"

Associate: ".....I assume you need a gift receipt?"
Me: "....Nope, these are for me..."
Associate: "....oh. Yeah, I like these. They are very forgiving"

I like the clothing line overall, and their stores have always been tidy with everything folded and in place, but ...slightly entitled middle aged women throwing shade because I'd just driven 3 hours and was in comfy clothes and didn't "fit the brand" (which makes me laugh because there are signs everywhere drilling it into your head that they are an inclusive company- which I believe in at a corporate marketing level....but not in a storefront level) doesn't work for me.
Will I shop there again? Absolutely. An associate doesn't define the quality or style of a brand. Do I think this person is miserable and passive-aggressively takes it out on people? Yup.

Wish I could give no stars. Didn’t realize the shop closed at 6 (since none of the shops around close at that time) so I went up and tried the doors. There was an older employee with shoulder length grey hair standing near the entrance who did the “shoo shoo” motion several times at me and my sister. I’m not saying she should have let us in, but that’s an awful way to treat not only a potential customer, but a human being in general.
