CVS

My experience at cvs is always a pleasant one. Some stores are smaller but have most of what I’m looking for. I love being able to use their coupons and sales on items I need for and they’re good quality stuff. It’s my go to store.

From the moment I walked through the door I knew the space was safe. Lyn greated me with a smile following a hello. even-though it was the last 30 minutes of the shift. Which is usually stressful. The services I was offered was impeccable. The staff was well mannered and understanding of all the clients. Not once did they get frustrated with the crowd. Lyn was one in a million. She went out of her way to provide me with multiple solutions that my insurance fail to assist. The wait time for the medication was below 60 seconds. Which is not something that comes easy with a staff of four. I truly appreciate the services, Honestly made me want to have a holiday for our wonderful CVS pharmacy’s. Thanks again flatlands and keep up the good work.

I received excellent customer service from a woman named Jill. She was so helpful! She truly took her time to help not only me but 3 other people along the way, looking for an item. She found it, and very thankful she did! I truly appreciate her service, kindness and all the efforts! There should be more Jill's.

Everyone in the pharmacy department are extremely nice and helpful. They rushed to fill my order and if you call them they answer all of your questions politely. They do their best to avoid wasting your time or having you wait. It's all hands on deck, everyone is working. The store itself is never usually busy so they may not always have multiple lines. When it picks up, someone will come to help shorten the line.

I shop a lot at different CVS locations...this one is in my neighborhood. It's not one of the bigger CVS stores even so it's always well stocked. Well right now they are in the middle of remodeling and the place is still organized. The staff is always helpful and polite. When I am at the cash register breaking out with the CVS coupons they are extremely patient with me. No one every rushes me and I always get the best savings.

I love this community pharmacy. I have been coming here for over ten years. I've actually moved out of the neighborhood but still choose this location as my main ppharmacy for all my pharmacy needs. They always go out of their way to meet your needs. They pay special attention to the elderly as well. Best community pharmacy.

Everything you need from a drug store, sometimes the checkout line is long but even then it goes quick. They have a plant based protein powder that I love!
