The employee behind the counter was very kind & helpful, they had just what I needed. Very clean & competitive pricing. Costed the same for my Nic juice & MiPod cartridges as it would have if I went to Smoke City for Less. The location & parking is much nicer that Smoke City.

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They will take the time to help you with whatever issue or question you have. More than once I have had th employees here spend a considerable amount of time helping me with issues I was having with my vaping device. I always leave from here with a smile on my face. Love these guys

I called VapeHead Origins today to see if they had a specific vape unit atomizer in stock. I've had a really hard time finding this particular item. I spoke to Johnny who was very nice and very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. He went and looked through all of the atomizers that they had and found a few boxes of what I was looking for. When I went into the store Johnny was there to help me. GREAT customer service!!!

Never had a bad experience. I went in with a battery I had bought months ago that was broken and asked to buy a new one. They were surprised that I wasn't trying to get them to replace it for free. That tells me that these people deal with some pretty rough customers, but they always maintain professionalism.

Good people, truly. I'm trying to quit smoking, so I went in for a device. I described my problem and the fellow working at the time gave good advice. He didn't try to sell me something super expensive or BS me. Highly recommend this store.

I’ve been coming here for a while & I’ve had a great experience with every employee I’ve encountered. Even when a problem came up that wasn’t the store’s fault they did whatever they could to fix it. I’ll keep coming here because they’ve always given incredible service.

This is the only place I buy my vaping supplies from knowledgeable staff very helpful and kind don't be afraid to ask questions they are more than willing to answer and help you understand.

These guys were AWESOME!!! The gal that helped us know her stuff and was VERY helpful in information about the vapes and everything that goes with them!!!! WAS VERY IMPRESSED and she knew what they had and didn't have!!!!! Got more info from them than I did at another shop!!!!

I love the VHO in West Richland.

First in foremost, I have the praise the employee (I want to say your name is...Glenn? Sorry, I really should know your name by now) with longer red hair, beanie, beard, etc as he is phenomenal at his job. You can tell he's passionate about the subject. He's always great at making suggestions, providing information, education and getting me to spend my money. An absolute asset to VHO and really what you'd want in an employee who works at a vape shop.

The store itself has a pretty great selection and is really good about carrying the most up to date products (Mods, Tanks, Coils, Juice, etc) at decent pricing. Sure, you may end spending anywhere between $5-$15 more at VHO than you would online, but the difference is negligible once you add shipping costs, the time it takes for the online items to get to you, etc.

I like the way the store feels, it's very laid back, you can tell that the owner allows the employees to really be themselves and there's no feeling of "Oh god they're going to judge me because i'm a newbie" sort of feeling.

Great place for Vapers! Wonderful customer service and a relaxed attitude. Answered my questions and supplied me with a quality Elfbar vape!

Great store, much more reliable with juice than smoke city.
