Johnson's Smokehouse & Sausage

We had driven by this place a few times but never had time to stop. However, we found the time this last week and really enjoyed our time there. We had lunch and relaxed while looking out the big front window. We each had a gourmet hotdog from their diverse menu. They were great!! The store is inviting and warm, a great place to shop.

I love Johnson's. We got a ham for Christmas, delicious. Get pizza from there, delicious. Always pick up more than what I originally go there for. Their meats are always good. My husband and I even get a bratwurst or sandwich from their sandwich bar occasionally. They have all been good. The service is always great.

Stopped by the new storefront. Wow! Very nice. Inquired about several of the jerky flavors and was given small samples of each. Loved the Smokehouse, Teriyaki and Peppered jerky so much that I got a pound of each to go with two pounds of beef teriyaki sticks. Yum! Friendly folks, great meats. Worth the short drive out to East Olympia!

Stopped in on a whim while out driving. Picked up some teriyaki beef jerky; has a smoked flavor on top of the teriyaki and it was really good. There were locals there who the staff seemed familiar with so it has a true neighborhood store vibe. I plan to go back to pick up some items from their butchers and get more jerky.

Really awesome building, lots to choose from. Ordered a 12lb prime rib, had them season it, and they tied it up for me too. Smoked slow and low and it came out perfect. Staff was super friendly. My new favorite meat place.

The smoked sausage and cheese is delicious.

They are the best! My son picks Johnson's jerky over cash or gift cards for birthdays and Christmas.

Love the shop & the beef jerky. They have all kinds of items inside the store plus a place to eat. The market has baked goods, meat, sasauges, and fresh produce plus more. Can't say enough good things about this place..

Bloody great place ....had the best Reuben sandwich I have had in decades ...bit salty but bloody absolutely great ... sat outside under umbrella and enjoyed mini oasis ... great folks supperb meat ... of all kinds ... and good prices on veges to go with meat you get ... not cheapest meat but best in area ... definitely going to be a regular fir them ...even if can not afford often ...will still ho back regularly as a treat

The most incredible corner store we have ever been to!!! I forgot to take pictures, but we're going back tomorrow for the live music between 3-6 tomorrow! I am so excited!!! The store itself has a lot of amazing products, variety of meats, sausages, bacon, ground sausage, it looks like a large portion of products are done in house!! They have the most gorgeous cuts of meats like ribeye, tomahawks to die for!!! They have smoked meats and a cheese section that looks incredible!! they have a variety of pre packaged meats, also premade pizza, just pop it in the oven you're done!! And by the way, the pizza was bomb!!! I also noticed they make a lasagna that you just have to heat up in your oven, no fuss!! Oh my gosh they also have a menu of brats, and other subs they make, I cannot tell how excited I am to go back!!! Please take the time to come see this amazing corner smokehouse store!! You will not be sorry!!

We just popped in to see what they had and 50$ later we were happily heading home! It smelled so very good there, best meat hands down to any other meat stores. There is so much more there too!
It is a journey worth taking and Lattin's is just down the road from Johnson's...

Delicious Bratts a must have, many to choose from. Very beautiful store. Landscape gorgeous. Can eat outside. Or shop for meats etc for meals to take home. I got a Smoked House Pizza OMGoodness!! Another delicious savory item at Johnson's Smokehose & Sausages in Olympia !

Smoked meat and cheese. Now imagine pizza or mac & cheese made with it. Yep, it's at this store. Along with a beer & sausage menu to eat right there. I'll be back when I get over to that side of town.

Always always love going to the smokehouse! Can't say good enough things about their staff, their meats and everything I do have one gripe however. Lower the cost a little on the trail mix 🤣. But seriously you guys rock and I proudly support you! 🥰

They make the most delicious jerky . Once you have tried it, everything else pales in comparison. They also have delicious sweetheart ham. All of their products are outstanding. The service is excellent. The new store is awesome .
