Love Great Western, always the best customer service and great drivers too! Anyone who complains about the products, we have always been able to go and see the dirt, sand, rock, etc we are purchasing, if you visit their business location and ask to look. I think they still allow that but it's been a few years. We just got sand from them via Ware To? and we are so happy!

We got cedar play chips and the process was super smooth and easy. Their prices are the most reasonable that I’ve found and the girls are the front office were super helpful. Would definitely use again!

Popped beads on both trailer tires after loading up 1 yd. sand. (Low air, my fault!)
Charlie came to the rescue. Jacked up trailer, put tires back on wheels, aired them up, and I was on my way. Charlie went over and beyond true customer service! That's the reason I will continue my 25+ yr. business relationship with Great Western!

I have been multiple times and never had a bad experience. The team noticed one of my trailer tires were running low and helped me add air. Just a sample of the great every day service beyond rock, bark and dirt.

Their pottery barn has an amazing amount of plants to select from! They grow extremely quick. All hydrangeas and annuals were planted a month ago so much growth🤘

Good service and large selection. 25 bucks for a pickup truck full of topsoil. Will definitely be coming back for all my bark/soil needs.

The price is right for small nugget bark ($38+/yard, prices change seasonally). They load super fast and the loaders are kind and professional. It's a bit of a drive for us, but worth it because it's fast and the "yards" are not on the small side. I have been there 3 times for loads in my pull behind trailer this week.

One of, if not THE best supply companies around. They have everything! Affordable pricing, incredible customer service, and very quick load times. I'll keep going back every time I need any material or landscape products! I can't say enough good things about this company. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Tons of landscape material to choose from. Prices are great and they loaded my trailer pretty quick. Really busy on Saturday but they were able to load everyone in a reasonable time. Will definitely return for more landscape material.

I've been going to GWS for more than 20 years. The products, service, advice, loader skills are all great. I really love their Native Mix. The staff are friendly and helpful. The owner is committed to customer satisfaction. This is a quality operation. I wish other businesses were like this one.

Short version: I retract my negative review, and am now supremely satisfied.

I originally gave a bad review because I had a regrettable experience with a certain product. I was reached out to by great western and told it would be investigated and made right.

First I want to say I'm extremely impressed with the owners business ethic, I was truly surprised, it was refreshing to see such commitment. They stand behind their product, and if you have a problem, like I did, they will make it right.

It was surprising to me the lengths that were taken to make it right. At first I didn't even feel comfortable accepting how much effort and input was offered to me, but as the man himself said "You bought it, you didn't like it, we're going to make it right. It's whats right". I am still unclear as to what exactly was at fault in the first place, but either way, I am satisfied with what has been done for me, and I couldn't ask for more. I don't have any doubts that I will have a excellent garden next year.

Good business, I've ordered several times over the phone. I usually call in and say what I need and then they call back with a time and price, I pay and the product arrives on schedule. I appreciate the efficiency of the process.

I continue to purchase my landscaping materials from GWS! Super reliable and always on schedule. Plus, I LOVE the ladies who deliver supplies to my house - ya'll are the real MVPs!

Friendly staff. I assume the prices are good but I really have no idea how to price soil and gravel. Delivery option is nice to have for those bigger jobs. Have used them several times for bark, soil, rock.

I have used Greatwestern for the last 17 years. They are totally customer oriented. They provide a second to nonthing service. Their products are of the highest quality. The only thing they could do more of is to include a lawn mower with their turf mix. That composted topsoil grows beautiful grass. Dan and the whole staff have not only exceeded my expectations but have become my friends as well.

I have paid and picked up 3 truck loads of organic Garden soil mix at Great Western Supplies and I have grown 2 beautiful gardens and have many container gardens that I am already harvesting food from.
Yes, I am happy with the soil I received from Great Western Supplies.

OMGoodness - the Owner of this place helped me and he is awesome! I was really put off by this place when I first went there because it took me 15 minutes just to get someone to help me, but when they did - WOW!! Definitely recommend, but make sure you have the time :)
