Smith's

I came to buy a loaf of bread and while I was there I picked up some delicious Moon Drops grapes. I wait all year for them to be for sale. Yummy. I also picked up some Blackberries. I'm always up for some ripe Blackberries. No line, no waiting, just in and out. Good job Smith's!

Customer service is very nice, management has improved drastically, Ariel... my wife.. works hard to make everyone's experience ther comfortable and something they can return to.. sometimes they get busy and God knows smiths has a lot of work to do, but they are trying.

Very well organized store. Everything you would expect to find in one. Aisles are clearly marked and direction designated to help with indoor traffic. I found the employees to be very helpful, guiding through the store and at the checkout registers. Hand sanitizer is available. Plenty of parking. Shopping carts were indoor. Definitely recommend this location.

Great store, always clean and well stocked. It's a nice location being straight up from 201 and down from 4100 S.

I love the gas station right there and the convenience of the pharmacy.

As if the staff, produce, inventory, and overall selection of the store weren’t already amazing, Reason 5036 I shop here just happened.

I had purchased my groceries earlier today around 2:45 today and it was raining when I exited the store. In my flustered stupidity I forgot my dog food under my cart.

I called now 3 hours later, showed my receipt, and was able to pick up the dog food that the cart handler had placed with the returns.

I shop at Smith’s quite a bit. Usually not in Magna but yesterday I was in the area and decided to go there rather than the one closer to my house.

The store was so neat and clean. Cleanest store I’ve ever been in. The produce man (Brett) was pleasant and funny.

I was in a line with several people when Matt came over to me and took me to an open register. Belinda was the cashier. She created me with a smile and as if I was her only customer. Matt bagged our groceries. We all engaged in a small conversation.

This is the best Smith’s ever! It will be the store we go to from now on.

Love smiths in magna.. And Balinda is amazing and such great help the staff there is always very helpful and nice. Wish they got different kind of house plants in... But other then that love this store.
Oh and the new doors suck... Gotta take that middle security thing out.

I was facing a problem at the self check out yesterday . Luckily I was attended by a staff member of the store, Ciera. She took couple minutes to rectify the problem that I encountered at the self check out while I using the digital coupons. She was so nice, her job knowledge and patience exceeded my expectations. Thank you Ciera.

I usually go to the smiths on 5600 west but this one is so much more stocked an and the associates are so much nicer. Way to go magna

Love what all the staff members greet you with a smile & ask if they can help you. The deli counter is always making recommendations that result in a delicious dinner. The bakery never fails to have delicious options. The produce is always fresh! The butcher is always helpful getting the perfect cut & giving recipe ideas! The cashiers are always fast & efficient! We love our local Smiths!

Love this Smith's! Their staff is always kind and so good with my kids. I rarely have to wait for a line. The bakery, deli, and butcher are always willing to check on anything I can't find. I go here must for their customer service.

The butcher knew exactly what we needed but since he didn't have anything on hand, he sent another supervisor to a different Smith's to pick it up. He took my number and messaged me when it arrived. We got our order about 45 minutes later. Great service!

This is my favorite store. We drive 15 minutes for this one. Great employees. Fresh meat and produce. Great sale prices. Reliable. It is rare
when things aren't up to standard.

Aside from the construction and upgrades and updates along with all the sprucing ups. They're doing very good. Riley who works here is a very good and highly awesome lady who should get a promotion and a pay raise. She was extremely happy to help which was extremely needed.

Great prices and great customer service.
I live in Grantsville so I only make it around the mountain to Smith's every so often but when I do it's totally worth it. I save money on almost every product I buy there. I always experience a fast check out with friendly, accurate, and quick service from both cashiers and baggers.
The only negative was that they were out of clorox wipes to sanitize my cart.

Customer service is awesome.

The employees at the Magna Smith's are all great. They offer top notch customer service. It is annoying that they now do not staff enough Cashier's, because I HATE self checkout.

We love our neighborhood Smith's, the people are all so friendly, the store is clean and we can almost always find what we are looking for or they can get it for us! We don't shop anywhere else because it feels like home. The Pharmacy staff are great to work with also.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years the service has always been outstanding. The store is always clean, there are always carts. The produce is amazing and fresh and i have never had any problems whatsoever with this location.
