Came into the Magna store today for help with billing and autopay information. Katelynn and Javi worked together to resolve the issue and help us understand our plan. Great employees! Great store!

Javier is a very good manager for att he is polite and goes above & beyond. Jacob & Rebecca were great. Jacob is ver and patient and a good trainer Rebecca is so willing to learn everything. I think they all need a raise job well done.

Best service. I had to pay for a lost DTV box and customer service on the phone gave us the run around. They manager stayed with me until it was resolved.

I have been to quite a few AT&T stores and they were helpful but I went to this store today looking to add a new line and upgrade my phone and Danette was so helpful! She had all the answers to my questions and even told me how I could get the activation fee waived. She has excellent customer service skills and definitely deserves a promotion. I highly recommend going to see Danette!

These guys are super nice, most helpful staff of any cell store I've ever been to. They helped me out in getting my grandma a new flip phone and were really patient even with a customer that basically makes them no money. We came back 3 months later and they even remembered her name! Highly recommend

Very good experience at this location. Greeted immediately upon entering, not too busy and my problem was resolved very quickly and professionally. I didn’t catch his name, but the young man with the red hair and glasses was awesome. Just an extremely delightful person to interact with. I can tell he cares about giving each customer a good experience.

We needed a glass screen protector for a new phone. This was the only AT&T store that had it. We where able to get the protector, assistance with activating a new phone and get a really good deal on accessories for the new phone. The associates were very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend this store for products and services for AT&T

I am very impressed with the service at the Magna AT&T store. My husband needed a new phone and we had a lot of questions. Danette was fabulous and we received top rate service from her. She answered all of our questions and even saved us some money on our bill. We did end up getting a new iPhone and she made the switch very easy and comfortable for us--even staying past closing time. I have been to a few AT&T stores in the valley and I feel that this was our best experience. Thank you Danette!

Danette was very helpful with helping my son activate his replacement phone we had a few hiccups she was very patient and got everything worked out for us. She also helped us upgrade a phone line on our plan she is very professional and kind. We have to travel from Wendover Nv to visit an AT&T store and we will always choose this store!!!

My wife and I just got married and we were trying to combine our phone plans. We worked with a nice lady named Danette and she gave us all of the options from how much phones were to what plans we could do. She made the process smooth and convenient. Thank you, Danette!

The Magna AT&T store opened last week and I was thrilled.

When I entered the store I was greeted by the store manager, Andrew. He was helping another customer but told me he would be with me soon.

Andrew finished helping the other customer and turned to me to ask what he could do to help. We discussed what I was looking for and he pointed me to some options. I made my choices and he obtained the items and began the purchase process.

While we were talking another customer came in and Andrew told him it would be just a few minutes. The other customer wanted to ask a quick question which Andrew answered.

Andrew helped me set up the new phone and we started the transfer process. While I was waiting for technology to process Andrew assisted the other customer with his needs.

A third customer came in at this time. Andrew kindly and happily greeted this gentleman as well. The customer had a simple and fast request that Andrew was able to easily assist him with.

Andrew was helping both myself and the other customers with patience and friendliness even though it was now closing time for the store.

I never felt rushed or ignored as this one employee assisted each of us as customers.

This was a positive experience and I would highly recommend this store.

This store is the best by far Danette and Andrew have some amazing customer service. The helped my husband and I get a phone and get it all set up. The have earned my business by far I will suggest anyone to go to this store they are awesome. Thank you again for everything yesterday!

Got a phone from here. As soon as you enter your acknowledged right away, welcomed. Danette and Andrew helped me getting my phone set up. Very kind and great customer service skills. If you’re looking for a phone with a great atmosphere this is the location to go to. You’ll leave feeling satisfied and happier.

I just want to say how great Braxton and D were working with my wife and I. They are knowledgeable, great customer service and all around very helpful. I will not go to another AT&T location except the Magna location! Thank you both cannot wait to bring in my phone to get it all situated plus get accessories!
