The staff tends every need.
Especially, when it comes to requesting the staff to order more product for inventory. They replenish very efficiently and in a timely manner.
Belissa, the night shift manager always goes above & beyond with providing me and my service dog great service.
Even suggests the right food for my dog, has changed his behavior tremendously.

Overall acme provides me with all of my essential needs.

I have been living in this town for a year now and I absolutely love the staff here. Belissa, the store manager, is always willing to go above and beyond to help out. Even when I come in with one of my kids, she makes an effort to say hi and ask if I need any help. She has taken time to get to know me and my family, which is really appreciated.

I feel very lucky to live close to this Acme. The staff is so great and helpful. Belissa always greets my wife and I with a smile and is always willing to help us find anything we need. She is also so wonderful and sweet with our lil pup. The apartments in this area dont generally have a ton of kitchen space so it's really nice to have a store like this so close.

Have been going to this Acme for over a year, but recently I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the manager Belisa. She is super friendly, accommodating, and goes out of here way to stop and say hi every time we see her. Probably the nicest supermarket employee ever met. She is a real asset to Acme and one the reasons we continue to shop there.

The best acme I’ve been too! Always clean and staff is super friendly, especially Belissa! I love her good energy and willingness to always help with all questions I have. Good store with a little pharmacy. Moderate prices. Use the app for very good discounts. Cut our grocery bill in half over Trader Joe's. (Although Trader Joe's has delicious prepared foods, it does add up). They use self checkout. Courteous customer service. Good hours of opperation. Don't forget your grocery bags!

I was in the Acme West New York Store on Monday night and needed an issue resolved . The night time manger Belissa helped me . She was very knowledgable , polite and courteous . She completely resolved my problem . It is very refreshing shopping in a store where the staff is helpful , polite and qualified .

The staff are very busy but always polite, professional, and helpful. No issues with stock or product selection lately. Clean and well-lit inside, and the attached garage is great.

My main concern is the Acme app does not accurately reflect both stock levels and in-store prices: I usually save $10-20 by shopping in-store versus buying the same items through the app; also, the app claims that staples like condensed milk or chicken thighs are out of stock when in reality their shelves are overflowing with them.

The best customer service I have EVER experienced. All thanks to this one employee, Malesha or Melesha, she was so polite and kind and helpful with resolving my situation. The patience was impeccable especially since it's not common with a lot of employees, kudos to her! 👏 👍

Pleasant experience! I needed an exchange for soda stream CO2 cannisters, and they had both the older and newer designs! Quick and convenient, will be coming here from now on! Service was good, the store was clean, and products were adequate for size/location!

Drove 30 minutes to this location to pick up some fresh large snowcrab legs. The guy at the seafood department was very helpful and friendly. It was delicious!

Great service, I used Western Union and was quick. Also, I just wanted to pick up a few things and was able to be in and out. This supermarket has everything, great variety and quality. I've been coming here since they close "my Acme" in Weehawken near me. Clean, lit, great personnel and good sales. My to go to supermarket after work and when in a hurry, since it's relatively close by.

If you have shopped this location before then you can remember that this place used to be Pathmark. Not much has changed other than the brand name, same products, same prices, and same staff. The location of some items might have moved but all in all it's still a great place to go to when you need to get your food shopping done. Plenty of parking even on weekends.

Malisha is the best costumer service attendant ever been in this store , she really does her job with enthusiasm, if google has 10 stars ⭐ I’ll be ticking all of them , thumbs up 👍

Well stock up in terms of organic fresh produce. Love the space and I usually drop by during weekdays afternoon which has much lesser people. The only place I can find my Gerolsteiner sparkling apple drink. Cashier is usually very friendly.

Love this supermarket it was so big omg I went around twice just to make sure I didn't forget anything. And they have such great deals! I do wish they had more cashiers then you having to do the self check out.

I only have visited the pharmacy so far, but from my experience at the pharmacy, this place is very clean, tidy, staff are helpful, the pharmacist is very patient and respectful.

They helped transfer my prescription over from Walgreens due to it being less expensive. They were fast, professional and have really great customer service. My new go to pharmacy.
