The UPS Store

I have had a PMB here for almost 3 years. Most every employee calls me by name. Before I even get to the register, they are checking for my packages and allowing me to get through the process quickly. This store may be very busy some days, but it makes sense- the friendly customer service make people want to come back!!!!

We are from DeFuniak Springs, FL. In Dothan for other business we visited the UPS Store in Dothan (right before Christmas) to ship some returns.
They were BUSY which we totally understood.
The BEST part of our visit to this particular store was getting Anna to help us. She was the MOST pleasant employee that we have encountered. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Every business needs to hire people like Anna.

Pretty busy and service could be nicer so I almost gave a 4. But they were pretty fast and it’s in a good location. Just enough parking.

Anna. She’s the reason why I love this store. She’s always so amazing. So sweet and patient. And she’s always smiling and it makes me smile. I love when she’s working. She is truly wonderful!!!

Excellent Customer Service

I received a call on Father's Day from Wade, the owner of my UPS Store where I have a mailbox. He left a message informing me that I had a package come in on Father's Day. He said that he couldn't remember which box holder that he had spoken with, me or the box number above me, that was in urgent need of their package on that day. Since both box holders had packages come in that day, he was just going to call both box holders to let us know that he'd be happy to come up to the store and let us get our packages. It wasn't me that was in urgent need of my package, but he was kind enough to let me know I was welcome to come up and get my package. Thank you, sir, for your dedication to customer service. I'll be a long time box holder at this store. I have always had great interaction with the staff at this store. I would recommend this UPS Store to all of my friends and family.

A young man helped me carry in a large package from my car in the rain. The lady that waited on me was patient, courteous, and profesional.

Every time I’ve been in the staff have been very kind, helpful, and reassuring as I had difficulty returning a package to no fault of theirs.
