AT&T Store

While on a trip with family in the area I googled the closest store. Happened to be this one on Ross Clark Cir. And I’m really glad it was! I was misunderstanding my bill and also looking into a new device, Stephen was an absolute delight to work with! He helped me better understand my charges along with seeing what options I had for upgrading my phone. 10/10 would recommend this AT&T store!! Thank you Stephen!

I wanted to remove a phone from my plan which was owned by someone who passed away. A death certificate is needed. I received excellent care with a timely resolution.

This store is amazing. Ethan and Brandon really helped save the day not only got me a new phone but even when my daughter needed a phone they went through all the options with us and it really worked out. Thank to the both of them and thank you to Mister Black for welcoming us when we arrived you truly have amazing staff here that care about the customers.

Stephen and Brandon are great! They were able to get all of my devices set up and ready to go before I even left the store. Great personalities - Had me laughing the whole time I was there. They made everything so easy! I will definitely make the drive from Troy next time I need assistance.

Hello, I don't usually do the review thing but this store asked me to do one for them if I felt my experience was good. Well here's your review: This AT&T truly deserves a 10 star if possible. I work in Network Marketing so my main job is customer service in order for me to make any money. This team here were absolutely awesome. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the 3 individuals in the store and the one that approached me Ethan was positively the best person I've ever worked with at AT&T. I was set up with a brand new 15 Pro Max and an IPAD 10 for my daughter. The only negative I have about the location is that they did not have on hand one of the items that I wanted IPAD PRO 12.9 so I had to go to best buy to pick this us as wanted to pick it up same day... Overall my experience here was the best I've ever had at any AT&T location from the very moment I walked in. Thank you Ethan

Brock Estes was GREAT!!! He had to change a mailing address and Gmail address and etc...with the account...and was just a nice salesman the entire visit...AT&T you need to keep this gentleman/employee please...so nice to help me and my sister and, did I mention my Step Mother that lives in Pennsylvania that was on the phone....Thanks again Brock!!!

STAFF IN THIS LOCATION ATE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. THIS LOCATION IN THE PAST YOU COULD WALK FEEL COMPLETELY UNWELCOMED. NOT ANYMORE WHOEVER OWNS THIS LOCATION YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME FOR CREATING SUCH A GREAT ENVIRONMENT NOT JUST FOR THE EMPLOYEES BUT FOR CUSTOMERS AS WELL!!! KATHRYN WAS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT DURING MY VISIT. VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THIS LOCATION IS FULL OF SUNSHINE AND RAINBOWS. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME KATHRYN!!!

I came into this store a week ago stressed out because my family I was on a plan with wanted to move to another provider and I originally did not. I was met by Brock who offered assistance on helping me figure out what my bill would be to be on a plan by myself with ATT versus another provider. After making the decision to go with another provider due to cost, he still offered to help me set my phone up with that other provider because I am not so tech savvy myself. I came back in today 1/11 and he was so very patient and talked me through the process while he did everything. He made sure I was taken care of while also helping an older gentleman who was confused on some new ordering processes. You guys have a true keeper here. Brock was professional, kind, caring, personable and more. Thank you again so much Brock!!!!

Brandon is amazing he helped me even though I was feeling doubtful for switching I was only accompanying a friend to pay her bill and he went above and beyond in asking what phone I had what I use it for etc and said he can see what trade in options were available for me and just like magic I left the store with an iPhone 14 pro max! He’s a gem better not lose him ATT you’d regret it.

Today my husband and I went to AT&T at 2927 Ross Clark Circle in Dothan, Alabama. We were welcomed into the store and Ethan Mcadams, the very patient sales associate helped my husband with his phone issue. Also, I was able to upgrade my iPhone to one I love. Thanks again Ethan Mcadams!

We just had a wonderful experience at this ATT store! We went in because callers could not access my voicemail so it seemed that my phone was disconnected. Winston, the area manager, happened to be in the store and he is the one who helped us. He contacted ATT Tech Support and after different fixes, they finally solved the problem. Winston was so respectful and professional!

Ethan was so sweet & nice. He helped me with no hesitation. Definitely recommend 10/10!
